Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThe hotel is mainly for retired people Think we met one other couple in their 30's It would be great for families also looking for a very calm holiday The pool is absolutely freezing No where does it advertise that the hotel is a smoke free hotel, only when you arrive at check in, when there's no other choice they tell you this and I do not mean smoking in a room (which I would never do) there's no smoking in the balcony or anywhere on the premises, there is a smoking area at the entrance of the hotel. The pillows are very hard Only one spare socket in the room and not even a socket just a space in an extension lead and it already had 4 things connected to it
Nice spacious hotel Very well maintained and lots of nature around, you can even see parrots in the trees 🌴 Rooms were clean Decent breakfast (we were always out and about for dinner and lunch ,so only had breakfast at the hotel). Great deals for drinks at the pool (ask when checking in , can purchase it as a package) Good towels

United KingdomI would have preferred a room with a balcony. There was a smell of drains outside our room; the hotel is old, but the drains need repairing.
The food was good and the hotel was very well run

LithuaniaOur room was really very worn out. Doors to the balcony and bathroom were squeaking like crazy. The toilet , when flushed , made such a loud sound , that when used at night it definitely had to wake up neighboors - enormous sound . Room is very plain as for a 4stars hotel . Just all white walls and that’s it . Would be nice to make it more cozy with pictures or mirrors or any other details . No tea and coffee making facilities . I guess it is a must in a 4 star hotel … But we liked the garden , views and food so much , that this old room didn’t bother much .
The whole area looks like a botanical garden. Really well maintained plants everywhere. It has a feeling of living in a neighborhood of cottages, cause buildings are not tall and there are many separate buildings. Big balcony in the room. The view from the pool , cause You can see Teide. Pool really nice and plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful area where evening entertainments take place. Neighborhood where this hotel is located is really nice , many beautiful buildings near by and You can reach city centre and central Beach by walk in 20-30min . Very good breakfast . We were changing hotels during our vacation, we had 5 different hotels and the food was best here . Many vegetables , fruits , very tasty pancakes . There were options which were changing every day . Keep in mind, that night program lasts till 23. It is very noisy . So ask for a room more far away from the bar where it takes place if You want to sleep earlier .

EstoniaPicked a room by the looks.. got there the room was nowhere close to what i was supposed to get was super outdated compared to pictures Older folks "reserve" the sunbeds first thing the morning The armband system does not work at all there 90% of the people without them use the machines by the food area and pool area.
Did like the general area.. closed off and private with alot of trees/plants. The pool was decent sized, the food was good.

The bar at night with some live music are very nice. Had a Blast. The room is very silent and the bed very comfy! Staff extremely nice :)

RussiaNot tasty drinks (coffee, juice, etc) for the breakfast. The wi-fi worked good, but not on the whole territory of the room, that was a little bit strange.
We stayed one night at the hotel and had breakfast and dinner. The dinner in the evening was perfect, a big range of food: fresh vegetables and fruits, salads, different types of fish and meat, pasta, a lot of very tasty sauces, desserts. The waiters are polite and work very organised. We payed 4,5EUR per person at the reception and could take unlimited number of the drinks (wine (white, red, rose), bier, Fanta, sprite, etc). It is really a very nice option. The breakfast was also good, but the dinner made a better impression on us. It seemed to us that for the breakfast the range of food was smaller. Our room was next to the swimming pool, it was very convenient to go and to swim there. The swimming pool is big enough and deep (it can be important for the people whose height is 2m). Despite the fact that our room was next to the pool and the bar, at night after 22:30-23:00 everything was quiet and we slept very well. The size of the room really impressed us, there were also a lot of wardrobes, what is very nice for people who come for a longer stay. In the evening there was a nice performance next to the swimming pool: a group of dancers danced flamenco. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there are a lot trees (also, mango and banana trees) and flowers.

BelgiumThis hotel is given 4 stars but deserves no more than 2. The room we got was terrible. So outdated, uninviting, basic and full of things which did not work including the door which didn't close. The room looked more like a cheep hostel than a hotel room in a hotel with 4 stars. Everything looked cheep and outdated. We were there for 2 nights only because the hotel we wanted to stay during our week holiday had only 5 nights available. It was a hotel next door - also 4 stars. The difference between the two hotels was HUGE! We were in shock. The reception/launch/bar area was as basic as the room we got. All looked so cheep and plasticy and very uninviting. White plastic chairs white plastic tables, white floor, white bar, I was dizzy looking at this white.

FinlandBreakfast wasn’t very good and very full. You have to go there like 07 am, if you want to eat peacefully. I slept two nights without AC. It started to work eventually when I contacted booking.com personal customer service. I saw a mouse, front of my room in a fourth floor.

PolandWhen we arrived for checkin, there was a huge line and just one person on the reception. We had to wait so long to get to our rooms. The lady on the reception was nice, however, she underlined several times out loud that we booked a room without a balcony or terrace, which was quite annoying. The room was big but dark and not cosy. All the equipment was old and worn. There were beds with lamps right above your head, and I hit the lamp several times during nights and woke up because of it. There was no kettle or fridge in the room. The hair dryer was old and ineffective. The ventilation system in the room did not exist, I couldn't dry my clothes for a couple of days. There were old and ugly blankets instead of duvets, I got cold at night and had to ask for more blankets.
The hotel is located in a nice area in beautiful natural scenery. There was a friendly cat and well maintained garden with amazing plants. The breakfast was really good, with chefs serving personalised omlettes. Friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere.

United KingdomNo plugs next to our beds, the hotel looked old and worn down. The food wasn’t the nicest, there was grass next to the pool which was odd and it was patchy. There was no entertainment for tourists and if they did it was over by 8pm and the music was terrible. The the staff always seemed busy and couldn’t talk to us to help us. I complained about the plugs and they brought up a massive extention lead, the pictures of our rooms looked nothing like it in real life, we was extremely underwhelmed. It was a 30 minute walk up massive hills back to hotel coming back from main strip of restraunts. Was so out the way.
The beds was comfy and it was clean
