Very friendly and helpful owner, who did everything for our stay to be as pleasurable as possible, gave valuable travel and sightseeing tips and was super caring and responsive. Great apartment, fantastic quiet town, easy on street parking. Very close to well stocked shop, also close to walking trails with stunning views. The place is just perfect for anyone who values comfort and peace of mind. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at these apartments! They've got everything you could possibly need - towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, you name it. It's all about the little comforts here. But what really made it stand out was the incredibly polite and hospitable host - a big thank you to them! They even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us, which was such a delightful surprise. The apartments were spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials - they even had milk and coffee! And here's a bonus: the host's spouse has written a fantastic book about Valencia. It's an informative read, and it's a pleasure to spend time with. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The stay seemed too short!

The flat is genuinely amazing! Spacious, fully equipped for living (kitchen utensils, bath kits, and much more of nice details). Storage spaces. Everything's new and modern. Very comfortable beds with clean linen. On the top - the cosiest balcony overseeing the hills (my husband saw it as a perfect working place). Always easy to park a car just in front of the entrance. And a magnificent play-ground in the shadow of the trees just opposite (which my 1,5 year old daughter completely enjoyed). The nature around is amazing: sweet air, birds singing, everything's green and fresh, number of walking routes in the hills and barbecue spots. At the same time, there is a weekend bar just nearby and a supermarket only in 5 min walk.

The apartment is great, but there are a number of little things that added up to this being slightly less than perfect. The door to the kitchen would lock up if closed, and the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock. While the shower itself was very roomy and clean, the shower stall was somewhat small, the water took a long while to get warm. Don't let all this dissuade you, though. This apartment is excellent value for money. I just feel that if a lot of the smaller issues got fixed this could be even better.

Friendly host, very nice apartment, very complete, safe and fairly calm neighborhood, ample parking around the apartment. I did not expect that the apartment would be this complete. From kitchen utensils to shower gel and shampoo to dish washer liquid, it was all there.

The drain in shower and wash basin needs to be covered after almost every use to avoid a stink. The stink was bit of a turn down for me personally as i am sensitive to smells and sound.

Carlos is a great host who ensured a welcome package with essentials like coffee , tea and snack. The apartment has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket is 5min walk away. Free parking just opposite to Apartment. 12min drive to beaches and Puerto de Sagunt. We will be back here again in future. Carlos also gave some local tips which was helped us.

Clean and spacious flat. 15 minutes drive to the excellent beaches, 30 minutes drive from Valencia. Air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine are all very helpful for the family stay with 3 children. Small balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Carlos is an excellent host, met us very late as our flight was delayed. He had supplies for all appliances and enough food for next morning breakfast.

Nothing, we are more than happy we decided to go to here!

Nice spacious apartment. Everything was very neat and fully equipped. In addition, Carlos has arranged everything down to the smallest details. Really great, thanks Carlos!! The building has a closed hallway and the people who live there are very friendly. For us it was very nice that you can leave with peace of mind without the idea that your belongings are not safe. The surroundings of Faura are beautiful, and the path up the mountain is breathtaking. (literally!) It feels like a must to have a car thosince you are within 30 minutes at the most beautiful places of Valencia. All in all we had a wonderfull time and recommend this apartment to everyone! also we will definitely come back!

we loved literally everything! the host was so helpful and kind, unbelievable! the apartment is spacious, bright and clean, and also stuffed with everything you might need during your stay! I mean there was enough dish machine tablets, and laundry detergent and conditioner, and everything for the bathroom, and even a first aid kit! great service, thank you! also the beds and the pillows were very comfortable:) literally had no problems with our stay also a great view from the balcony and sweet smell from the orange orchards:)

Not a big deal but next door neighbours really slamming their door very laudly

Great flat, big and in quiet location, just as we have asked. There is TV with netflix, wi-fi, free parking. Apartment is really big, nicely furnished , beds are big and very comfortable. Carlos speaks only Spanish but there was no problem with communications via apps .He very kindly waited for us till after 23:00 as our flight was delayed just to show property and to give us keys . Property has really well organized kitchen ,dishwasher and washing machine are nice bonus. Plenty plates, glasses, cups, pots, pans and everything you may need. Everything very clean and looks like new. Two bathrooms, even shampoos, showers gels , combs, brushes- all new and in full sizes . Location is quiet , big away ( nearest great beach is about 15 min driving away ) and car is needed . Lovely welcoming gifts : milk, chocolates, jams, croissants, cookies, bottles of water .Nearest quite big supermarket is just next door. Neighborhood very quiet and full of nice , lovely people ,you will hear "hoola" and Bon Dias "every time you see somebody on the street. Lovely places for morning walks around. We loved ours stay .

The property was clean, lovely and had all the appliances and amenities needed. It's in a very pretty location, 2 minutes walk from the shops. Carlos the host was wonderful and made the whole process very easy.
