The parking was full unfortunately so we had to use a public parking, just across the street, but more expensive.

Great location, nice and very clean hotel, a bit old but comfortabe. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

Not able to park outside to drop off cases but car park very near.

My husband had an appointment at the hospital so it was a great location being only 600 m away.

It was not a problem for us as we did not go into town/Alhambra while staying here as we went to Sierra Nevada, but it is worth noting it is quite a bit North in the city and not as walkable to the main attractions. As a result, the location is not the most picturesque, but it is very convenient and great value for money.

The hotel itself exceeded expectations, and the room was great. Everything was clean, check-in was convenient and the shower pressure was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and let us keep our luggage stored safely in the hotel after checking-out. There is a cute cafe/bar in the lobby too which was open early in the morning, cappuccino was great. It is reasonably close to the bus station and train station so that is useful.

The garage entrance was horribly small... The neighbor room decice to come home at 3 am and make a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do about, just incredible how rude some people are.

Just outside the old center but in walking distance. If you want to save the walking for the center and/or Alhambra, the bus stops right in front of the hotel and in 4 stops you are in the center. Check out the tapas bar at the street behind the hotel, order a drink and you get the tapa for free, and lots of choice

The hotel was busy and other guests were quite noisy. Walls were paper thin and the guests in the next room could be heard easily.

The convenience of being right opposite the hospital. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This time, nothing. Last time there was rubbish behind desk and grubby walls. Much cleaner.

Across road from hospital. Essential. Stayed here 5 or 6 years ago and hated it. This time much, much better and will stay again when in Granada. Reception helpful when we were struggling to find more nights .

The mattresses must be changed immediately as they are old, rugged, squeaking and uncomfortable. The blankets are also very old, and odd looking. We stayed in 4 star hotels in Madrid and Sevilla, and the rooms were far better than at Princess Ana. It can be easily fixed.

The receptionist has been very helpful and kind. The location is good.

Excellent value for money , ideal location if you are travelling to visit someone at the hospital complex, e blocks away from the train station and about 20 miutes to the fabulous city Centre, 30 to Alhambra

    A 2-star hotel posing as a 4-star one

You could hear people upstairs and in the next room and corridors slamming doors, dragging furniture, bumping etc till 4 am and then again from 7 am on. Impossible to have a decent sleep. The soap dispenser didn't work. The toilet was difficult to flush; you need to push hard and in a certain angle and impossible to flush just half of it. You need to go through corridors downstairs and then upstairs again to reach a room on the first floor (I don't have any mobility problems, at least not at this time, but one would just need a sprain ankle to find difficulties to reach the room). They charge you 2 euros for a safe and there's no fridge in a 4-star hotel! Even the clothes hangers belong to another hotel (this is not important in itself but it only goes to show). Honestly I've been at 2-stars hotels that were better.

    The location was fine.

The location for wc was tiny, towels were full of chlorine which made my eyes sting and also provoked a body rash .AC was only working on the warm setting and when asked at the front desk I was told only in June I could have the setting on cold. Small parking lot. No mini fridge even if in their site it said they had one in the room .

Breakfast was good for the price paid

The room (101) was small or the price and it was also near some very loud pipes, or a boiler, that made a lot of noise early in the morning. The walls are thin and i was woken up by other guest. The parking was not well signposted.

Is was clean and fancy looking. Seems respectable enough.
