A hotel with an excellent sense of service. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. The location is close to the ocean and the center, yet quiet. The hotel staff was kind and even solved a problem for us in the room. On the roof there is an ocean view, a jacuzzi and several fitness facilities. highly recommend!

There isn't anything I didn't like.

This is a what I call a gem of a hotel. Staff very helpful. I'm a hygiene technician and I can safely say this hotel has high standards of cleanliness. There are hotel's I have used in the past, but this hotel brings out quality. For me there is not one hotel in Puerto de la cruz that this hotel brings out a true experience. Small it maybe but it is very much more than 5 stars.

Really small room but suited my needs but just the bed to lay in and watch tele (and was single room so fair enough) You need to be streetwise a bit to find the hotel :D I could not find a free power socket to load my phone :D did this in the bathroom by remving the hairdryer plug, lol

Excellent shower (good pressure, clean, stationary rain unit and normal movable shower head. Quiet room Nice lobby and free coffee/drinks there.

There is a big free parking very close-by. They lend you beach towels for free ( we didn't use them, but it was a nice bonus). In the hall you can have water and coffe for free h24. The rooftop (I didn't use the jacuzzi but it seemed nice, was open until 23).

Everything was good, although hotel is only for those who do not want super luxury experience.

Hotel is really lovely and clean. Location is outstanding- very close to a very nice local restaurants and walking distance to the beach. It is situated in a pleasant and quiet area.

Room equipped with conditioner but it and shelf under it should be cleaned (the only place that is nok, rest of the rooms was clean). And would be great to have microwave in the lobby.

Very nice hotel for reasonable price. Location is great, close to city center but in quite area. Main bus station is just 5 min from there. Public parking in nearby (abou 3 min walking) but I was happy I did not rent car as streets are rather narrow. Hotel has elevator. Jacuzzi on the top floor is amazing and really useful after long hiking day. There are also areas to take sunbath. You can see ocean from there. Breakfast is basic but OK and there are free drinks in the lobby for whole day including coffee. Also, vending machine is available 24h. To enter, guests should use code instead of key that is very convinient if you go to swim (no need to worry about key). Hotel provides with plage towels. There is a refrigerator and kettle in the room but refrigerator is weak, would work for short term storage only.

Great location, very friendly staff. We just stayed for one night, but it was worth the money. If you come by car, finding a parking spot could be tricky close to the hotel.

Staff were not helpful sometimes, especially cause we had baby and the stroller. My wife went out few times out with the baby in stroller and there is no way to enter and exit facility regularly, so you need to go over stairs and no one ever asked her if she needed help.

Only a couple of very minor fixes needed on the room (207) - aircon pipe is very broken, socket a little loose near wardrobe and that's literally it!! We can't wait to stay again 😃😃

- The staff were amazing, welcoming and friendly. - The jacuzzi and abundance of sunbeds were fabulous. - The rooms were spacious and well thought out. - The dimmer light/fan in the bedroom is awesome! -location is brilliant, with free public parking about a 4 minute walk away. - we live in South Tenerife and will probably stay here 4-5 times per year over the weekends.
