Honestly, we loved it.

The staff at Puerto Palace are exceptional. Despite the usual hustle and bustle around reception they were able to give our enquiries and problems the time needed to resolve them, from helping with transport concerns to painstakingly getting tiny cactus thorns out of my daughter’s hand. They are cheerful, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. All of the staff showed similar attitudes, making our stay in this lovely hotel even better. Our children loved the free sports facilities - basketball, table tennis, badminton and crazy golf, all perfect family activities for the evening or between swims in the pools. On our final day we had to leave at 5:30am, but the dining room has been set up for us with a selection of breakfast items and the hot drinks machine; all very thoughtful. We loved Puerto Palace.

Drink prices were expensive compared to local restaurants and bars. Would have been good to have a kettle and iron.

Pool area was gorgeous, food okay for the price plenty of choice. We had a problem. With the bathroom but was sorted very quickly.

Far from the beach and the city center, about 40 minutes on foot.

The staff is kind and guarantees a welcoming and cordial atmosphere. The accommodation was very good, spacious and clean - being analyzed according to the criterion of the price/quality ratio. Breakfast and dinner were very good, Swedish buffet, varied.

The accommodation is 40 minutes walk from the beach and Loro Park on foot in a very nice resort.

It is a welcoming location, it is in a quiet area. We paid by card when we checked in. Wireless internet is available and is free. We received a basket of mini bananas and 2 bottles of water in the room upon arrival. We had half board, the food was Swedish buffet. The food was tasty and varied.

The entertainment wasn’t good at all, the stage could do with abit of glitz.. everything finished so early. There definitely should be abit of entertainment or just even abit of nice music round the pool. It very much lacked atmosphere.. that could have been us being the very few English there. It was very stern it needed abit of life. Also stated the English channels on the hotel channel but that wasn’t the case.. there was 1 channel in English.. maybe 2 sumtimes. Food was very Same each day.

The pool is gorgeous, everywhere so clean, very friendly staff, lovely hotel really modern. Loved the garden room on the swinging chair.

Some things cost extra which I didn’t expect and felt was unusual, such as using the room safe (should be free in every hotel)

The pool was amazing and the bar/entertainment area was really nicely decorated. The room was lovely too and I liked how the curtains were fully black out.

Everything was amazing! It is about a 15 minute downhill walk into the port so if you struggle with walking you may need to get a taxi.

Not a lot of parking in or around the hotel. We parked 15 mins away walking.

Really fabulous hotel. Gorgeous lobby, bar, pool and gardens. Great breakfast and evening meal. Helpful staff. Immaculate and peaceful.

Very bad WiFi, the rooms were a bit small and in some areas outdated. The traffic noise can be quite loud in some areas of the hotel. Quite far from the sea (20-25 min walk) and the city center (30-40min walk). There is an interesting park (Taoro) 10 minutes away. There is nothing to do or see around the hotel. Not enough fruits provided by the restaurant.

Excellent restaurant, helpful staff, clean, the provided entertainment was very nice. The common areas, the outside garden and swimming pools were great.

There is nothing I don’t like about the hotel

Stayed here many times however this was the first time in a single room, it was bigger than a lot of double rooms in city hotels. Always had pool views however this single room was sea views, half board and food was excellent as it’s always been before

Reception staff were OK in the main but had one instance when we waited for at least 5 mins even though a staff member could see us waiting at the desk as she sat in the office with the door open working on her computer.. no apology for the wait and no recognition of our waiting at the reception .. poor reception skills

Clean room good location our room was disappointing on the ground floor without a view. Great shower comfy bed excellent breakfast lots of choice

The hotel's parking is small, so you have to be lucky to have a place. But we mostly parked around the hotel and it was for free.

Very nice hotel with rich breakfast. Very good quality - price value. There are even shows during the evenings. Most of the clients are older Germans.

Walking distance to the beach was a downside. Online it seemed like the beach was closer. However, they offer a bus shuttle several times a day (for free) to limit walking distances and there are several bus stops of the tenerife guagua nearby. So it's not a big problem.

Beautiful view on the "Pico del Teide" and a terrace to enjoy the meals outdoors.
