Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower head in our en suite bathroom had a mind of its own and when my partner turned the bath tap on to the shower position, it immediately swung upward in its holder and profusely showered the ceiling and drenched her and the floor before she could turn the tap off. Whilst amusing at the time, it definitely needs to be mended !!!

Rooms were clean, but could have been a little cleaner.
A great value!!! Excellent facilities, REMARKABLY friendly staff full of useful suggestions, especially at the lobby, and a super nice little Spa on premises (do make reservations at the lobby!!). Big and comfy beds were a plus! The restaurant is very close to the premises and serves delicious pre-selected menus. Out of the way from the city in an industrial area, which makes it real quiet. And free parking at the premises.

The restaurant was closed for a public holiday, the night we were there and there are no other restaurants locally.
Modern, comfortable hotel, just off the motorway on an industrial estate. Secure parking.. Ideal for an overnight stop.

Staff a bit miserable and the fact that on Sundays you can't get anything to eat or drink cafeteria is closed... no vending machines and no cafe or shop in walking distance.

Restaurant was closed. reception staff were very helpful in ordering pizza, but this wasn't what we expected.
Location is extremely handy for travelling through Zaragoza - easy to find and easy to get out of.

Location near the motorway great for our one night stopover. Very secure parking. The evening meal was exceptional in terms of quality and value. Good choice at breakfast and again good value.

Clean and comfortable and the breakfast was more than adequate. Whilst the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, the public bus that stops outside the hotel takes you into central Zaragoza in 15 minutes for just Euro 1.5, without the hassle of parking! Good access to the motorways from the hotel.

We used the hotel on our way from Slovakia to Portugal and back. The hotel provides a very high level of service, the rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, excellent breakfast and dinner. The only drawback is the location. The hotel forms part of an automotive centre - an industrial park. Very atypical location. But it is very suitable for one night accommodation.

The evening a La carte menu was fairly limited. However, there was sufficient for our overnight stay.
The hotel was very comfortable, reasonably priced and provided secure underground parking for our car and its contents.

Probably some slippers would have been nice.
The location was good for us, outside the big city. It was just a night stop from our trip. Clean and beautiful. Good beds and pillows. Rich breakfast. Fair price (4 stars)

Breakfast is a bit poor, no vegetables and bacon was overcooked. Also they didn’t allow us to sit outside for breakfast just because “it was not allowed”. But the air conditioning is so freezing that it was almost impossible especially for the kids

I didn’t ‘dislike’ anything. I think a little attention could be given to the dining experience. The times of service were unclear from signs and and didn’t quite seem to fit, but this was quite minor.
Well located and although the location may seem strange to some, this ensured simple access and exit and also kept noise to a minimum.

Not a great location, tricky to find, but ideal, if like us you need to get back on the motorway easily
Room was excellent, clean, fresh, good size. Restaurant food was superb, the best mushroom risotto we'd ever tasted and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff who spoke very good English
