Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I travel with some friends to visit the city and the new Pub in town, The Irish Corner (totally recommended!) We were travelling by car and we booked a parking space with the hotel, the staff was super nice to let us know the size and location of the parking, as some of us have a big car and it was useful to know as it did not fit. On arrival, earlier than check in time, the staff was really friendly, and the room was ready a little bit earlier than check in time, which was nice! (Thank you!) The room was big and comfortable and it had all the basics. We didn't have breakfast. Overall great hotel, in the city centre with easy reach to all key attractions of the city and really friendly staff.

The toilet bowl positioning was constrained by the washbasin vanity platform which would have been difficult to use for large person. This may require rearranging

Noisy hotel. Windows were old single pain glass with wood shutters. While the building was quite old, it was well kept. This is a college town and we stayed there Saturday and Sunday. Some rain dampened Sunday night festivities but the warm Saturday night revelry was impressive! This is not to imply negativity as most kids were quite respectful. They sang and carried on until sunrise! It was louder at 4:30 am than it was at midnight. We were aware of this fact when we booked. Ahh, to be young again…lol Hotel directions could be better to find underground parking.
Very good breakfast. Parking was available under the hotel. This property is in city center so you are right in the middle of much to do. The staff were extremely helpful.

The TV is extremely small. Not many outlets to plug devices in the room.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. I love the fact that even though the rooms all face the street and it can get very noisy, I was able to sleep well and it was not an issue for me.

I have no idea.
It's so nice location. You can go to Plaza Mayor from the entrance of the hotel in just 1 or 2 minutes. So we could walk around Central of Salamanca in the night. That's so fun. The room is not special. But we could spend in the room comfortably.

While we were happy that parking was available, the garage under the building was incredibly tight. We breathed a sigh of relief after we got parked. It appeared to have been built for Smart Cars,

the only thing that confused me was that when i put out the „don‘t disturb“ sign, the cleaning personnel had to come into my room and scan a qr code. I get the aspect of logging when you‘ve cleaned the room but it was a bit weird that they had to disturb me in order for them not to disturb me.

Beautiful "Arabic" windows on the picture in fact were not true (or possibly on the other floor).
The hotel is located in the heart of Salamanca city center and the room is very warm (which is important in the cold season Dec/Jan).

The staff was so grateful, specially Giancarlo from the front desk. The breakfast is so good and for a good value. In spite the fact that the hotel is almost 22 years old, the room look pretty great. Going back to Salamanca for sure that we should stay at the same hotel
