There was little choice for dinner in the restaurant, just a 40euro set menu. There was basic room service as the only other option for dinner.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast very good. The staff friendly.

On previous visits we have had the menu in the restaurant which is satisfactory and good value. However the last two visits we had an open buffet which was of a very low standard with no other choice. I also feel that the breakfast has not been as good as before. It’s a shame because I feel it let’s the hotel down.

We have stayed here several times before and the rooms are very clean and comfortable the staff helpful, polite and efficient.

The buffet dinner was AWFUL!! Food was not fresh and the cheapest cuts of fish used . And the hotel charge 18€ per dog - which is a bit exorbitant.

very dirty and smelly “indoor parking” - charged 6 euro (cheap) but had to move the car outside because of the bad smell. not possible to order any food after 20:00 - only offer full buffet or room service.

The restaurant Buffett not the best and expensive - would have preferred to have a menu to choose from. The restaurant area also quite run down and tired. It could do with a refurb - it’s a shame as it lets the rest of the hotel down.

Bedroom was spacious and clean. Beds comfy. Pool area awesome and bar food tasty. Staff lovely too.

Rooms need some facelift. For example difficult to plug phone chargers. More eMini bar was empty. only complimentary water. xtra cushions , and mattres could be more comfortable.

Spa is great, I was surprised. Breakfast good, but missed that they can not cook an omlette or fired egg instantly. Shower very good. Pressure and hot. .

It was a little bit outdated, swimming pool was dirty, dead pigeons in the pond, no English menu in the restaurant

Spa was very good, nice garden around the property, room was quite normal, friendly staff. I think 20years ago this place was favourite wedding spot as the garden is just unbelievable, so many banquet rooms and spa area is very spacious, they just need a bit of update on everything.

what’s not to like.

What a fantastic 70’s experience this hotel is! The decor and ambiance is straight out of an old James Bond film. They have really captured the never-renovated look of a 70’s hotel with classics of the age such as no plug sockets or charging sockets next to the bed, lovely faded red carpets and piped classical music throughout. For such a large hotel, it was really nice that even on a busy Saturday night, there was only one place to get any semblance of food and they didn’t want to inconvenience us with any convenient alternatives or room service. We were treated to long queues to get into the lovely cafeteria-like dining area and a pleasant 20 minute wait to get served. We should have let the staff ignore us more, but unfortunately decided it would be a great end to a fantastic day to leave and head to bed hungry after 8 hours driving I’d thoroughly recommend this hotel for that authentic 4* 70’s decor and service. Fortunately the prices are reassuringly expensive also. (they did have electric car charging facilities (two 7kw charge points), did accept dogs and it was only 5km from the main autoroute, so it was a good choice for us. Buffet breakfast was good)

Facilities are a little bit old and run down. Probably was a top class spar resort some years back. Likely needs a facelift although most things work well except the following for me at least. Wifi did not work in my room. TV signal also cutting off due to low satellite signal and neither were resolved despite contacting reception. Outdoor pool closes at 19.30 which is soon given high heat in summer in Spain. Would expect 9 pm at least.

Easy to access from highway. Quiet area. Has outdoor pool. Very good wellness area, spa and massage area at an extra cost. Nice surroundings. Restaurant good food. Good dinner menu well priced and great quality and varied options to choose from. Nice area outside for appero with comfy sofas and view on mountain sunset. Free parking outside or six euro in basement for more security if car is loaded.

The place is really great...but needs lots of improvements...in almost everything! But is so much worth for invesment!

The rooms are very noisy. I could hear the nabours conversation in my room as they arrived very late. Wednesday they have a Danceparty in the Basement for the local people until midnight. I can´t understand why this Hotel has a high rating for Business travelers. I will not come again here. The Therme-area is also very expensive in my opinion.

Maria at the Reception is very friendly and kind person. She loves her job and we felt very welcome.
