Nothing - seriously!! The hotel staff are pleasant and attentive, the hotel is very well appointed. We were given complimentary cava when they discovered it was a belated honeymoon. The spa was excellent and so were the meals. The one thing i could say was the bed could have been a wee bit comfier but really that's all.

Everything went well. The holiday was a bleated honeymoon due to covid and work restraints. The hotel was amazing all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff at Club De Mar were excellent. The food was great and the entertainment was really well above the mark. We chose half board which gave us the right degree of flexibility during our holiday but we saw other travellers who had chosen the full board who were happy just to lie around the pool and relax.

We have stayed here a few times now & I found the hotel a little dusty & dirty on this occasion, the carpet in the hallway leading to our room was stained & worn. Also, there was a hen party staying across the hallway from our room, they were very drunken & disorderly.

Sun beds an issue !!! Guests towels on beds so early in the morning and reserving them. Upon not returning to them for hours after that.need something put in place.unfair on other guests wanting a sunbed.

Everything was perfect after they changed the room on our request. The one that we were given on arrival was not a 4 stars room. But this inconvenient was solved very quickly by the manager.

The only thing that up set me was i didn't get the room that was showing on booking .com i had to up grayed and pay more money for the room i thought i was getting

The rooms we stayed in were maybe a little bit dated for the cost. Looks like a refurb maybe needed. I’m not sure if that’s because we were in the older part of the building so perhaps other rooms would be more modern. Although lots of sun beds, the ones directly around the pool would get ‘reserved’ by the early risers who would then leave towels on them and go out all day which seemed unfair.

We had an extra long weekend as four friends here in Jan 2024. The facilities in the main part of the hotel were good, clean and there were plenty of sun beds. The reception and lobby areas were colourful and modern. The pools were very clean and as it was a half board option, there was a huge choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. An enjoyable stay. The Casa Del Mar rooftop bar was extra nice for sunset.

Buffet is a bit crowded and not much variety. Sad a hotel like that doesn't have a nice selection of fruits for breakfast 😕 most canned fruits and the fresh ones looking woeful

Well since your check in they make you feel very comfortable and welcoming. Vicktoria is the most amazing receptionist I ever meet, daily entertainment with a amazing variety is created and a very good communication with guests to interact on them, Anton does a very good work in that hotel to keep the guests on move. And at Santa Rosa restaurant Mustapha make you feel home as a such great introduction at the space and the menu, one of the most amazing restaurants with high quality food I been. Thanks Tigotan team. The exclusive are on 6th floor is amazing a nudist zone and the private pool are the spots of that hotel

That we were allocated a much lower standard room than had been advertised on Booking.com and needed to pay a 60 euro subsidy for a room of a suitable standard.

The non compliance of the towel on bed rules looking out from the balcony at 7.30 and beds are already taken and no one on them for over 2 hrs 😑 Also I found a lot of the evening meals in the buffet restaurant leaving a lot to be desired

The atmosphere 👌 generated by the staff for all clients 👌 and the fact it is adult s only helps. The exclusive lounge is a great concept

If I had to say anything it would just be to say that there’s the usual hunt for sunbeds in the morning but it definitely wouldn’t stop me returning to the hotel

The property is located perfectly in walking distance to everything! The lovely and clean and modern and the staff are friendly and welcoming Our room was beautiful
