Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The water flew anywhere in the bath but not into the shower sink, leading a constant puddles in the bathroom. The doors are very loud, noise isolation could be better
Good hotel in the club area of Lloret, very friendly staff, spacy room with a modern bathroom. Because of the vicinity of the clubs, there inherently are noises until late in the night

No fridge in rooms was main issue. No free safe for important documents. No iron for clothes. Balcony support felt unsafe needs some attention.
The breakfast needs work. But Location was great! The room was a adequate size and nice balcony size.

The decor in the rooms was dated compared to the bathroom which was modern. The pool was very small with little room for beds and customers from the coffee shop attached to the hotel could see right in so we opted for the rooftop which had plenty of beds and 2 very small pools that you could paddle your feet in but they weren’t the cleanest and had stones lying at the bottom. The property had 2 very small lifts that were very slow I am disabled and sometimes had to wait almost 10 mins for the lift to come
Breakfast was beautiful with a good selection of food, rooms were good size beds very comfortable with a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower.

Too noisy at night as the discos are right next to the place. Swimming pool is NOT what it is on the picture. Not anywhere near that size. It is super small.

the cleaners are the most arrogant people and not friendly at all bcs they didnt had to clean we said no they still came in and then they were argueing that it was to dirty and i wanna explain in english and she said no only spanish like she just talked english

Water didn't go down the drain well in sink, really noisy neighbours (maybe we just got lucky, they where extremely noisy in corridor and hotel room on our floor for the whole night)

1. For 4-star hotel range of services should automatically include all what was solde separately: parking, key for safe. 2. The room for handicapés was without windows, only extremely small “balcony”. 3. No place where to put your shampoo, soap at the bathroom. 4. Only 2 elevators for huge number of the guests 5. Too short time for breakfast (starting at 07:46 to 09:45)

It should be noted that this hotel caters for large groups (and in the case of my stay multiple college kid groups from Italy and France!). Large groups of kids meant on 2 out of 3 nights it was impossible to get any sleep as they were running up and down the corridors, vomiting outside my room and slamming doors until 3:00 AM! Shouting across balconies and just generally having little respect for other guests. Had I realised this I would have chosen a different hotel as I was there to work and couldn't rest.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly, English speaking and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet and variety was decent although some more fruit instead of pastries would be an improvement! My room was comfortable, a good size, clean and had everything I needed.
