- the photos on booking.com, do not match reality - no relaxing area - no bar - no restaurant - too light curtains - too many stray dogs in the city and around the hotel, there were barking fiercely and following you around.

Everything was perfect for that price.

I stayed at Tskaltibo Hotel Prometheus for 3 nights and it was fantastic! The rooms are super cozy, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is just perfect for exploring or relaxing. There are some beautiful places and churches near the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the massage was amazing. Highly recommended for a peaceful, enjoyable stay!

Everything was great. one thing I would be happy to see next time is when your guests eat something they just leave plates on the table and the kitchen staff brings them into the kitchen. Would be great to have some tray or place where guests would leave their plates after finishing eating. kitchen staff already has a lot to do and taking plates from tables is too much for them. I think management should think a little more about their workers in at this point.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow, to the point where the smart TVs in the room had trouble streaming anything on YouTube or Netflix.

Very kind and hospitable staff made sure we felt welcome. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which seems to have been recently renovated. Great condition, very comfortable, clean hotel. Amazing breakfast, and they even offered to give us dinner for free instead of breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast on the day of check-out. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I'm ever back in Tsqaltubo.

The two single beds where very hard. The double bed was very good. Breakfast was a bit late for us.

This is a great hotel. English-speaking, polite and efficient staff, the location as central as it can be, the bed big and comfy, the bathroom clean. So far as I can tell, every room has a balcony; and the hotel also has plenty of off-street parking. It can get a bit noisy from the bars nearby, but personally, I didn’t mind - I was, after all, on holiday and liked the happy vibe.

Renewed modern building, big rooms. Spa complex with bathtub of mineral water or healing mud in the hotel. Some procedures are free of charge. Hotel located in quiet place near Tskaltubo Central Park (less 5 minutes walk). Very friendly staff. Big rooms, very comfortable beds. Strongly recommend!

The bar didn’t work and if you want to have a drink or snacks, you have to find a place outside of the hotel. Poor selection of food for breakfast and quality was questionable, we couldn’t really eat anything.

The location of the property is convenient and the rooms were clean.

This hotel looked like a Soviet-style rehab sanatorium from the 1970s. This was particularly evident at dinner. The "Swedish buffet" comprised warming dishes (one each) of pork, potatoes, veggies, bread and pudding. When the food ran out, it took a long time for the food to be replenished. It seemed like a "you snooze, you lose" scenario. Most guests seemed to be somewhat elderly and recovering from surgery or some kind of injury. It was a time machine to the heyday of the USSR in the 70s and 80s. That said, the staff were very nice.
