A miscommunication with staff about spa treatments regarding timing changes and need of prepayment that made it anything but relaxing and a forgotten item in the beach that first they claimed was found but then never managed to locate it, which was unfortunate. Most of the staff was very helpful though.

Very nice hotel with a lovely beach. We had half board and enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner options. Staff was very helpful and accommodated a room change for us to accommodate our baby in a quieter part of the complex. Convenient parking nearby and good choice of drinks and food on the beach. Beach chairs are for free and we never had an issue finding one.

Great location exactly as it was represented in the booking site. Aside from one person at Front Desk .. the young lady seemed so uninterested in making an effort during check-in, however, the whole experience was amazing! Will recommend and would stay here again. Would have stayed longer if there was rooms available during our additional nights. My son and I loved it! Thank you.

The hotel would do with a renovation as decor is outdated.

The hotel is across from the beach, super close! They have their beach bar which has a lovely vibe and great and friendly staff, beach beds were also always available. The hotel has a big pool, the beach/pool towels were also provided which was super useful. Luggage storage facilities were available. Staff super lovely and helpful and upgraded the room to a suite alongside other gestures as it was a birthday stay. Breakfast very generous and tasty. Suite was spacious and clean

Bathroom drain often a little smelly. Pool strongly chlorinated, with short opening hours. Although very near the airport, taxi driver asked for €30 and alternative is two buses via Fira.

Nice location in general, very near the beach. Breakfast variety better than some reviews seem to suggest, though some items not the best quality.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the cleaners went out of their way to accommodate a time which suited us for room cleaning. The pool facilities were also great with plenty of sun loungers.

Nothing but would have liked the possibility of weighing our luggages before getting to the airport. The showers at the pool are not working , it is a shame when everything else is top .

Fantastic location , you could spend the week on your bare feet as everything is so close . Great access to the pool or the sea & restaurants. Very clean & comfortable. Safe & great sense of security in the hotel. No late drinkers nor noise etc... The staff is just exceptional Gregory Soterus & the lad on the beach , including the cleaning ladies who are so welcoming & doing an exceptional job .Absolutely perfect ,they are so attentive to everything & discret at the same time. Always smiling. Breakfast was so good & fabulous choice all fresh & huge variety. The staff at reception are so efficient from booking a nail appointment for my daughter or a taxi to the airport. Or facilitating a late checking if possible . Just a fantastic stay & great value .You get what you are paying for & it's fine with us .The building is beautiful with gorgeous flowers , great space around the pool & direct access to the beach .

There is a huge contrast between the rooms and the hotel’s design. The rooms are quite spacious however poorly equipped, few furnitures in the room are not in a good condition and there were no amenities/ toiletries in the bathroom. Some serious improvements are really needed regarding the rooms to exceed the 4* standards.

The staff was really friendly & helpful throughout our stay, we received compli lco which was amazing, thanks again! Breakfast & dinner have a great selection, foods are delicious, especially the dinner. The location was excellent, the beach was close easy to access with kid.

Perfect location with direct access to the beach. There's a main pool that's with a bar and a strong vacation vibe and a 'quiet' pool, which is very small but I loved it. Very good buffet style breakfast included with about everything you would want. The staff was very positive and attentive, and the restaurant was, after a week of eating all along the main beach drag, one of the best.

Reception staff were very unhelpful. I had booked twin beds for my teenagers and they were given a double bed. There was no apology and a long wait for this to be sorted out. When they were relocated, the twin beds couldn’t be separated as they were wedged between the fixed bedside tables, so not much different from a double anyway!

The swimming pool area felt cramp & over crowded.

The room was bright & modern. It was cleaned with fresh towels every day. The beach loungers were comfortable & area nicely kept. Fantastic service from Castro who works so hard, friendly & provides a very quick bar service.

I can say that there is absolutely nothing to fault.

From the first moment we entered the facility, the staff were always smiling, they were even more attentive since we came on our honeymoon, they helped in every way, the seaside and its own beach, the moment you take a super step, you are in the sea, there is an incredible view towards the right side of the hotel, there is a service service to the beach and the hotel has its own restaurant and bar. Kamari is one of the most beautiful places on the island. Since we stayed in the honeymoon room, the room with the hot pool was directly facing the sea. Our room is very nice to watch the sunrise. You have to get up early in the morning for this. Taxi to the city center costs a little around 25 euros, but you can travel very cheaply by bus 1.60 euros. From here, you should definitely go to Fira and Oia.

Had a lovely stay in a Mountain View room. It was quiet and relaxing. The hotel area is beautiful, while the personnel was so very helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and cozy, as well as the beach that’s 1 sec away with comfortable sun beds. I got a massage at the local spa as well, and it was good value for money. Breakfast had good variety and nice quality as well. I couldn’t really ask for more.

Room: No tea cups, no tea/coffee sachets but the Hotel has 4* rating (in comparison to other hotels with the same rating) Breakfast: for vegetarians it is a limited choice but doable, buffet style. You are not allowed to fill a sport bottle with water from a machine. You must buy water from a mini market outside in general for the day. Dinner as HalfBoard basis: not worth for vegetarians as you are limited to a few main dishes (3-4) on the A la carte menu, no buffet. I suggest go Breakfast basis only. The chef at the main restaurant at dinner was not flexible at all to accommodate our wishes (couldn't make a veg moussaka, only with beef as on the menu).

It was our honeymoon and we were told we'll get honeymoon treats but nothing was there 😅 However, this hotel is great.

The location is great and right on Kamari's Boardwalk, next to a beatiful private beach and vast of restaurants and markets. The pools were nice, and also the pool bar was great with Anton and Greg which made our stay and the pool fun 😊
