Very minor issues during our stay but they wouldn't stop us booking again ...fried eggs had hard yolks some days at breakfast, limited selection of all inclusive cocktail drinks otherwise nothing.

Our stay at Annabelle Beach resort we booked while in crete and this saved our holiday as our original hotel was very poor. Annabelle beach resort turned out to have a great location and good value for money, onsite facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good room sizes we stayed in a bungalow room. Good food variety, great service from all the restaurant staff, pool bar and snack bar/cafe., beach accessed from the hotel grounds (shingle beach but very clean)

A few things to constructively call out: The timings on the room key card are incorrect, gym opening times, check out times etc so please double check these. The food is ok but repetitive, breakfast and lunch were the best out of the three meals. The all inclusive drinks are poor, only 4 cocktails out of their wide range menu are included, and they aren’t great and this was disappointing, for any other cocktails you have to pay. The soft drinks are also not brilliant, I can’t explain what the coke tasted like but it wasn’t coke. Ice creams aren’t included either at the snack bar, and the snack bar food is the same really as the main buffet. There is no replenished water in the room, we ended up buying bottles all week, you aren’t meant to fill up water bottles in the restaurant, but to be honest people did. If you are in a room for 3+ people there are still only two chairs/robes provided. We did receive complimentary wifi however it is also a chargeable thing for areas outside the main lobby. The restaurant staff weren’t great sadly and let our experience down a bit, some were lovely but the majority did look like they didn’t want to be there, they don’t stop for customers when moving around and weren’t very polite when clearing the tables. Site map on check in would be really helpful, there is one in the lobby but we found that by accident. Simple fixes/changes would make this hotel really great.

The layout of the hotel is lovely, the rooms for 3 people was a good size, the pool areas are very nice and the swim up bar is great. The reception welcome was lovely, and the teams that work in the different shops are very welcoming, the ladies in the shop just below the top swimming pool are the nicest people, please get to know them!! The cats are all friendly and like a fuss. The gym has a nice range of equipment, so you can have a workout if you want to. The beach is nice, although it is a stone beach they are soft and can be walked on ok. The sun loungers are comfortable and they do have a towel service, although the towel exchange hours are limited. The restaurants have made an effort to cater for all diets, including meat, vegetarian and vegan which is often rare. Bar areas are nice, good seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Entertainment crew were friendly and lively, bringing a great energy.

I felt we could have been given more info around the entertainment side of things, on our last day we were told by another couple that the shows were excellent, we hadn't been made aware where or what entertainment was available & missed out on this.

WIFi you have to pay additionaly for room/beach, but it's just 10e so it's ok Food is avarage, nothing special. Beach is nice but nobody didin't care to clean sea grass which the sea was throwing out Managment should feed hotels' cats instead they don't allow guest to feed them or at least sterilize them because they complain they have a too much. I have never seen cats in a worse condition than here, in all others Greece hotels where I staied cats were better treated than here.

All was good. Some tourist leave towels on sits when in no use. You can't find any spot due to that. There should be a rule to get ride of that behaviour. You have to pay for the wifi.

It's a great resort. It fits the Good, Nice and Priced label. Shows are ok. Do I need to say more?

The buffet restaurant by the beach has always the same food and Saturday was even closed. The events should have a plan B spot in case it rains. Paid Wi-Fi is not good.

The rooms were not soundproof and very noisy. We could hear every movement in the room next door and the neighbours were having domestic disputes.

All inclusive meant that you can only order 4 types of drinks at the bar, for other you needed to pay. Moreover in the pool bar you could only get coctails in plastic cups - houndres of them were used daily (not really eco-friendly). Food was tasty, but boring after 3 days - the same meals all the time. Wifi worked properly only in the lobby and in the rooms (not by the pool or beach).

Hotel was really nice, stuff was helpful and animation team very cheerful. Beautiful gardens between the bungalows.

The food was all right, but not great (could be more fruits, meat (beef), and more local cuisine). Cocktails at the beach were not nice and tasted chemical same as icecream. The beach is not sand, but tiny stones, and further in the water there are bigger stones that make it not very safe to swim for children and people who can't swim well. Also, not enough sunbeds on the beach, most of them are taken early in the morning and it's hard to find a place after 10-11 am.

Nice all-inclusive hotel with 2 pools. The staff is friendly and speaks English, some of them speak German, French and Italian too. Very friendly receptionists Elena and Maria. The rooms were very clean, even though the furniture seemed not very new. The hotel program was good, and the animators (Laura and the guy, don't remember his name) were very energetic and fun.

I really worth spent my holidays. nice food, great location with beach area. amazing animators , there is a lot of different entertainment including volleyball , water polo and tennis. there is two pretty small swimming pools but that was enough for everyone.

location is 5 mins from town centre by car where all the nightlife entertainment is and taxi is easily available so location is good. beach is pebble beach with pebbles and not sand to keep in mind but very clean beach!

The themed restaurant, Taverna, was difficult to book. It was always full. We only got in twice in ten night's stay. Not at all mobility-challenged friendly! The towel change was sparse only two hours a day!

The bars were good. The higher pool bar and the main bar were fine, Giana needed some help making coffee and serving at the bar after dinner, but she did a fine job! Food in the main dining was a little tedious and samey, but usually good.

food are poor and the same each day, the grounds and gardens are not all kept clean and needs attention, the pool and facilities require updating and painting, it seems very dates and not kept up to date. loads of maintenance are required. reception looks old and tired, cocktails don’t change and are the same each day. food should have Event nights and the menu should change.

Would love to see a bit more information about food (vegetarian,vegan,GF,DF) as it’s not always clear what is in the trays of food. Found it a bit sad to not be able to eat Pitta Bread as we are in Greece.

cleanliness was not as you I expect from a 5 ⭐️ place and with the price it has. Rooms were okay clean but we experienced several times that we didn’t get refill of shower/bath stuff and had to ask for it. The restaurant area was definitely not good enough. tables were sticky and often not even wiped. I saw the personal “wipe” the tables more than once and it was more like dusting off with a dry cloth or just very superficial wipe in 5 seconds. I was disappointed by that. in general the rooms and especially the restaurant/dining area seems like it is old and outdated and needs an upgrade. best thing was definitely the pool area and the beach area. the beautiful trees and flowers were really nice. The food was very trivial and repetitive and was just not what I have experienced in similar rated hotels in the same area. the all inclusive had many restrictions and that was very surprising and it was not mentioned anywhere. also the a la carte restaurant was not even possible to get a table to because it was very limited seats and booked days ahead. that could have been nice to know so that one could have booked ahead of time. that’s a shame

Receptionists could do with being a bit happier, and maybe the games room needs improving and expanding. Also beach towels can only be exchanged every two days. After a full day on the beach, and the slightly dusty properties of the beach, the towels are filthy by the end of day 1.

Good food and drink options. Catering and bar staff are excellent, as were the animation team, and the little shop is brilliant. The garden areas are nice.
