Batheroom/shower a bit smaller than needed. No lock on the bathroom door. The apartment we staid in is advertised for 4 people, even though there are beds for 4 people to sleep, there is no enough space to put luggage or clothes for 4 people.

Nice place to sleep at a good price. Outdoor patio with table and chairs available. There is always a place to park around. Close to few restaurants with good food. Overall good quality for the price

Very good located, even if the beach is 800m away from Monika. The property is very close to various taverns and super markets. Send greetings for Vasiliki who manages ! Surprisingly good wi fi connection and of course could’t mention about green and shaded backyard where you can spend even all day :)

I am often on Chalkidiki because business. I made the reservation a few minutes before arrival, because the hotels in Kalithea where I usually stayed were already occupied. It was already night, I was expecting problems about entering the apartment, because due to Covid 19, many Greeks limited the work of the reception. A minute after booking I had a message and call from the hotel, when they explained everything to me in fluent English and welcomed me on the main road. I was in my apartment No 7 in 5-10 minutes after booking. It was very strange to me that I found accommodation at all that night, because top of season, and then Christina, the hotel manager, explained to me that they had an unexpected cancellation or something like that...... lucky man. I didn't have a chance to see the building well outside until the morning, it was night. The apartment is very nice, suitable for couples and a long stay, because it has a fully equipped kitchen, the view from the very large terrace on the bay is wonderful. A double bed was available in this option. The whole parking was protected by cameras, so I took only necessary things from the vehicle. In the morning I saw that the yard was also very green, lots of plants, grass..... I am sure that I will come to these apartments again. My plan is to come with my girlfriend next time, because it seems to me that it is a good place for couples. Grazie, cara Christina. See you soon

What i have experienced in this apartments i have not had in the last 10 years traveling through Greece.Excellent accommodation ,clean rooms, very very clean rooms, disinfected, what is very important through Covid 19.The bed was very comfortable 10+ . I'm looking for a complaint, but I can't find it. OK, the day was cloudy for a few hours, but that didn't stop us from having a good time on the beach.

Exceptionally. The beds are comfortable, the parking lot is secured with cameras, quiet and close to the city center. Friendly hosts. Recommended for anyone who wants to feel at home in Greece.I will definitely come to Monika Apartments again

When we arrived and tried to enter our room (according to the instructions we received) we heard a dog barking from inside. It was in the middle of the night and at the beginning we couldn’t reach the host. After a while the family already staying at our room arrived and told us that they have booked the very same room for 5 days. After calling every 5 seconds, someone came from the property and tried to find out what happened with our room. Apparently the room number in the message was wrong and our room was another one. Apart from that shock our stay was ok.

The apartment was great! My wife and I loved it! Free parking. Great A/C! Spacious balcony with beautiful scenery! Working fridge (with freezer) and cooker. Great location to nearby restaurants and shops. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. They gave me recommendations on which beaches to visit, where to eat and even lent us their parasol and inflatable donut for the sea! I would definitely recommend staying here. The price was superb too!
