The first market is 2km from the apartment. It was a good walk every 2 days when we were shopping for groceries.

It's perfect for relaxing,you have your peace and privacy. Nikoleta and her Husband are good and friendly

The owner was waiting for us, even our plane was 2 hours delayed. The room was clean, nice sea view from the room. Porot zoro beach in 2 minutes walks. A really calm place out of night noise. Its too complicated to go by foot for other things (bars, restaurant, shops, cafe, bakeries...) I fully recomend to have rent a car in this area then you can explore all around this island.

Rooms were quite small, and kitchen is even smaller, but manageable. There is a beautiful garden facing the ocean but unfortunately no chairs/tables there, which feels like would make the whole setup much more comfortable. WiFi signal was very weak

It's a shame that the guests are being misled. The description of the apartment states that there is an iron and a washing machine, but there were none. We saw an iron and ironing board in the common areas, but when we asked about the washing machine, the hostess said it would cost 10 EUR. It is not so difficult to write the truth in the general information that the washing machine is paid for and indicate the price, and we'll find the iron in the common areas. Don't the guests deserve the truth? We hope that the misleading information will be removed. Everything else was great.

Great location, beautiful view from the terrace, very clean, towels changed and rooms cleaned every day, nice beach nearby, parking space with sun protection, not close to shops, car needed. The hostess welcomed us with fresh fruit, water in the fridge and oil of its own production.

Nicolletta , the owner is Very hospitable person! Very calm and close to beach location. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on terrace. Lemons from tree, oranges , eggs and apricots from the owner.

Really lovely accommodation, Nikoletta is very nice host. The place has family atmosphere, it is quiet and homy with beautiful view. There is a small path leading directly from there to the beach Porto Zorro. Everything was perfect, I would love to come again and stay for longer.

The hosts were amiable and even gave us a bigger room than the one booked since they had one available. It is located in a great, quiet place. It felt really cozy and we wished we could stay longer. it will be our first choice when again in Zakynthos. They kindly accepted also our dog and offered a carpet where he could sleep :)

The room is set in a beautiful location, with a lovely see view and nice beaches close by. The shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Nikoletta is a super nice host and she welcomed us with some delicious peaches. 🙏

There aren’t any grocery stores in the area, the closest one is about 20-min walk through the main road, and the restaurant at the beach is pretty much the only one easily accessible. It wasn’t a big problem for us as we stayed only for 2 nights, and I would stay here again, but you definitely need to have a scooter or a car for the best experience.

Great value for money! Very quiet and calm, close to a nice beach where there is also a good restaurant. Nikoletta is a very sweet and welcoming host!

The check-in time on the website says 7, but the room was occupied till half past ten. Not a huge problem, because the Porto Zorro beach is reachable by two minutes walk and the manager called us when the room was ready, but worth to mention.

The manager was super cute and communicative, trying to support us in all of our needs. We felt like in the house of a grandmother of us.

Atmosphere offers thanks to the owner, the terrassee and the garden. The appartment is confortable with all equipment we needed (including a good wifi). The apricots from the garden were also delicious

Excellent location with a very private ground terrace, very quiet, surrounded by a garden full of flowers, with the view was towards the sea, you could not simply ask for more. The host very nice. Definetely will come back. We simply adored it!

Super location, 5 minutes walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the island. Nikoletta, the host was really friendly, and also gave us apricot from her garden as a welcome fruit. The view from the balcony is superb, right to the sea. The apartment is spacious and super clean. Having a shower cabin is a really rare thing in such aparments in this price range. The small kitchen is well equipped, we even had a caffee-maker with caffe and chocolate capsules. You also have shade in the parking area for the car. The (other) superb beaches and restaurants can be reached in a couple of minutes with car. The whole building and the interior looks like a traditional provincial one, with an own atmosphere, because you are in the middle of the flora on the top of a hill, and no other building is nearby. Everything was perfect!

The 2 nights we were there, there were party’s on the beach (Tuesday and Wednesday, not in the season). The lady of Arpyia can’t help this, so no complaints to her, but the sound was very loud. Probably carried away by the sea.

The property was exactly what we expected. The owner was very nice and helped where she could. We got bottles of water for free. We booked the beginning and end of our stay, so we hoped we could leave our bike-bags over there during our holiday. That was no problem at all

Nikoletta was an exceptional host, she also drove us to a restaurant one night that we were without car, and she was always helpful. The place is just over a beautiful beach in a very quite and natural area. Absolutely recommended.

This is an exceptional place. Beautiful, calm, close to a lovely beach, with a wonderful garden with sea views and sunbeds. The apartments are lovely: clean, perfectly equipped, with great terraces with sea view. Nicoletta is a wonderful person. Greek hospitality at its best: she took us to the supermarket the first day, gave us sun umbrellas when we were going to Gelakia beach, gave us various recommendations, checked how we were many times.

We really appreciate this place, the quiet, the sea view, the olive trees all around, the hospitality and availability of Nikoletta and her family. The position is perfect and close to Gerakas and Daphni Beach and also to Argassi and Zakhyntos. We explored the entire island and we had a very nice time in Zakhyntos! Hope to come back one day! Ευχαριστώ :)
