The "sea view" room isn't really sea view. The parking is super small and the entrance to it barely fits bigger vehicles.

Good breakfast that can also be enjoyed on the beach. Big beds and nice size of rooms and balcony. The rooms, breakfast place and restaurant are cleaned every day and Avra is probably one of the cleanest hotels in Halkidiki. You get a discount at the restaurant and the restaurant is the best in Ormos Panagias. Super nice staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The hospitality is on point. Has parking.

Excelent location( small beach& restaurants in front of the hotel). Excelent breakfast. Medium size fridge in the room. Large balcony. Change of towels and lining everyday. Cleaning everyday. Parking lot (but rather small spaces). 10 min walking to large beach.

The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is friendly. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, especially the fish. The beach in front of the hotel is quite small, but there are several other beaches nearby.

If you don't grab a good room early with a view of the sea, you might end up having to face the parking lot or a wall of another building.

The hotel is located in a really good place and the restaurant that belongs to it is great, with excellent food and service. The breakfast included in the package is also a good addition, as the (mostly Greek) food is always fresh and nicely prepared. The employees are kind and helpful, and the cleaning ladies always do an amazing job leaving the room in a great condition. In your room you'll also always find any amenities that you might need.

Specious and comfortable room with nice bathroom and terrace, always perfectly clean. Great breakfast and nice hosts! Location near the sea and restaurants, great beaches nearby. This is the second time for us to be in Sithonia and its was great like the first time in Agios Nikolaus! We honestly recommend this place!

Sometimes the smells of the restaurant came up to the balcony which made it less fun to sit out there

Excellent location, the family apartment was perfect for a family of 5, in one big space. Amazing front view porch overlooking the Ormos Panagias bay, open your eyes to perfect blue:) The room was cleaned everyda, very nicely. Food spectacular in the restaurant The hosts Maria and Antony were super helpful and nice, and restaurant staff wonderful as well. Amazing chef :) we had a wonderful week at the Avra hotel

The Wi-Fi wasn’t that good in the room.

Very good breakfast, different everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You have 10% discount in the restaurant from the hotel and everything was so delicious.
