Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

DenmarkThe food doesen’t taste anything. Like nothing. Same breakfast everyday and lunch. We said that we were one vegetarian, but the chef didn’t know, and when we told him- he got wery wery rude and angry at us ; «we have alot of vegetarian» and then we showed us salad and tomates.. nor great. We did also needed to take salt and pepper on everyting. No taste. But THANKS to the bar-lady who talked to the chef and made sure that we got something else than salad. Big waves at the beach, and big rocks- but it was ok the 2’ last days. But not the hotel’s fault. Everything else is very fine, but not the food.
Great rooms with view, nice pool, great bar, lovely people working at the hotel, friendly staff, great all- inclusive bar (and the bar-lady!). Good valute for the money. Thank you so much, «bar-lady» from Athens😊

PolandBreakfasts were repetative, maybe good enough to kill the hunger. We didn't expected anything special. In fact majority of hotels in Greece have similar standard.
Calm and quiet location, close to the beach with free hotel-owned sunbeds. Lot's of tavernas near by. Well commuted - the bus stop is less than 5 min. walking distance. The food wasn't fancy, but actually quite tasty. In general great it was great, relaxing stay. Perfect value for money.

NetherlandsThe rooms that are not renovated yet have beds that are really hard to sleep on, our backs hurt allover. Also, there are no glasses, cutlery or plates in the kitchen in the studio. In the new rooms it would be nice to put a wardrobe to hang your things on near the door and also a larger rack near the shower to hang your towels on in the bathroom. Breakfast was the same each day, it is a buffet, plenty to pick from. Quality was decent. Coffee was simple but a good option.
Because we first asked for a room with sea view, we got a studio that had not been renovated yet. The fridge was large with a big freezer compartiment which was very useful to put bottles of water before going to the beach the next day. The bed consisted of two single beds put together and the mattress was very hard. The next morning we asked for a different room and they gave us one of the renovated ones without any fuss. It had a very nice double bed and a pretty bathroom. The pool was pretty and clean. Lots of sunbeds to choose from.

Romania- The rooms could be provided with some basic stuff, like a kettle, a teaspoon, plates, as long as there is a space like a little kitchen area going on. For families this stuff are sometimes necesities.
* The pool, the room is spacious, the balcony, the fact that even if the area is very calm and quiet every fay, you have everything you need in less thab 300m away: the beach, terraces, tavernas, phaacy, supermarket with anything you need, rentals, coffee shops, bus station.

MexicoPillows are to hard and big, hours of meals could be more convinient, because they are not good if you are coming "late" (around 8:40) you already missed dinner time. WiFi- it is offered free WiFi but it was not reaching in my room, not even phone signal. Light: at night there are red and green lights which disturbs sleeping if you like to have a dark room.
Personal is really nice and helpful.

RomaniaThe hotel has some renovated rooms but you cannot choose from the beginning what type of room you are booking. After I booked the room I messaged the property via booking to have a renovated room and I was told I would get a very nice room ... of course, I received a not renovated room. Anyway, it was a nice and clean room but as an improvement, I would suggest having a choice from the start.
The pool area is very nice, rooms are very big and clean and the breakfast is decent. The area is very quiet during the night.

Slovakia1. The area around was a bit sleepy. If you compare this area to Croatia, or Bulgaria we had a feeling that we came in October. But this might be connected with a fact that the Corona was striking back in Greece. In bigger resorts, we were used to travel with the small touristic train, that was appearing every 15 minutes. Here, the train came like once a day a and you have to book for it. So it was a bit pointless. But this is a choice... if you want small and quite resort... this is the place. 2. The sea nearby the the hotel was for some reason a bit muddy. Not dirty from the industry or anything like this. Just not crystal clear for snorkeling. So if you like to ride on the waves and swim, it is perfectly fine. But for snorkeling, you need to travel to another beach... and there are plenty of options in Crete. 3. If you are too much detail focused, you could see small things like the doors or the reception desk are obviously older then some other elements. Like... the bathroom was almost new and reconstructed, just like the balcony, but the doors to the room were obviously worn out. Practically... it does not matter at all, but it is something you could see.
1. Very nice service on the bar, such as properly shaking the drinks and pouring on fresh ice. Also things like serving beer into glasses from the freezer. You know... all these small details, that makes a difference. Also the bartender was always very kind and patient. 2. The meals were also very nice. Lunches were not so awesome, but dinners were just perfect! Especially considering the size of the hotel, meals were pretty rich, good quality a tasty. Meals were served on time and properly refilled. 3. I really like the way, how the hotel was sorted out. All the rooms were actually close to the pool, rooms were sufficiently big and I really like the way the balcony was done. From technical point of view, it was a balcony, from size point of view... it was a terrace. So greetings to the architect. 4. Hotel was clean and the cleaning lady was doing here job regularly. Almost constantly, somebody was cleaning something around, even the bar was kept clean. 5. This has nothing to do with the hotel... but the weather was awesome. It was impossible to find a single cloud for 5 days in a row!!! Just perfect for summer vacation. 6. Also the service on the beach was nice. We had pretty much our own lifeguard, warm sweet water shower and sufficient amount of sun-beds.

CroatiaDuring the check in the receptionist (or it was also the hotel owner, an elderly gentleman) gave us a room that we did NOT book through booking. At the reception we argued for half an hour about it because he claimed that the guest does not book pictures of the room but the number of beds in the room ?? !!! In the end, "like" had to remove some people in order for us to enter the room we had booked. And when the holidays began. He didn't tell me when breakfast started or anything about the hotel. The hotel just looks good in the picture but also really nothing special. Breakfast is awful, we could literally eat only croissants because the rest was bad. The location of the hotel is Catastrophic, the nearest beach is very ugly gray rough rocks with gray sand and often blows so there are big waves and dirty sea. But in places near Chania there are very beautiful sandy beaches.
I liked the tidiness of the room.

The hotel location is perfect. It is close to the sea, restaurants, bars, supermarket and bus stop. You can enjoy the relaxing area and the swimming pool, good and fresh food in the hotel's restaurant and nice music in the bar. The stuff is very helpful. There is a great choice of excursions, water sports activities - you just have to ask and choose what you like. 🙂 Beautiful nature and friendly people. I had a nice, really relaxing time. My best compliments and wishes to the hotel Team. Thank you for your hospitality!
