Everything was perfect

We stayed in junior suite , it was excellent , very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach and taverns to eat. Big yard , free parking space, barbecue in the yard. The host was receptive and doesn’t bother you at all. It is a 10 , and I recommended it to all my friends. If we will return to Sithonia definitely this is the area and the place to stay.

I liked the idea of apartments with private bath and kitchen on a camping and close to the beach. The apartment was clean and the big terrace was super nice.

The location is excellent - close to the local beach and 10-15 mins from some popular. It is clean and the kitchenware is well equipped. The air conditioning was good. We would come back again..

Bathroom, although clean, needs renovation. Toilet seat was loose and we had to fix it twice. No shower curtain which resulted in constantly wet floor. Sometimes there was a smell from the sewerage. Tap water was yellowish. Beds were old and squeaky. Sound insulation is missing and we could hear our neighbors talking, flushing waters in the toilet, moving chairs on their terraces, etc.

Good location with great beaches in walking distance. Parking spaces, even a few with sun shades on top. Very clean, with clean sheets and towels. There was plenty of hot water throughout the day. Big terrace with nice view to the campsite yard.

A very nice place, modern-looking and comfortable for families. Extreme cleanliness, charming balcony with a sea view. The location is great, far from the buzz, but close to exceptional beaches and tavernas. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the beach. Situated in a secluded and quiet place, it's a great place for a relaxed vacation. 10/10 location wise.

But do not expect that you will be able to work remotely from there. The internet connection (WiFi) was very weak or completely missing. We told that to the awner, he said he will check it but nothing changed.

Kitchen lacks basic utensils (there is no small pots, pans, no kettle for boiling water, no detergent or spounge for cleaning the dishes). WiFi is extremely bad (you can use it only early in the morning and late in the evening). Air condition from the room next door is so loud that you cannot hear your thoughts. Beds are extremely unconfortable. There is not even a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Location is perfect if you want to visit the beaches and you don't want to travel long by car. Also if you don't have car there are a couple of nice beaches which you can reach by foot. Also, you can visit excellent bakery by foot (500 m) as well as nice tavernas. There is a nice garden and the space/park for kids.

Location is perfect, beach in 5 minutes walk, nice green field around bungalow, beach is sandy, clean and very quiet, comfortable conservatory infront of each bungalo

First day: had to sweep the floors because there were fingernails from the previous occupant. Every day: we chose this place because it had a kids playground. But unfortunately, for the owner, any hour is "too early", and always told our kids to come later. They wanted it used only when ideally you would go to the beach. So our kids could not use the Zipline before 10am, or between 2-6pm. When else? Air conditioning? Good luck turning it on in room 4. Had to wake up midnight to kill mosquitos because even the net had to stay open to breath properly. Room 3 was a little bit better with AC than room 4, but still not enough for 4 people. At room 3 the electric cooker doesn't work, for some eggs we waited like 20 minutes so we cooked only in room 4 WiFi: not even able to check your email, don't bother trying to watch a video on YouTube/Netflix. Kitchen: frying pan and a few dishes, but no other things like salt/dishwashing soap. If we wanted to go camping we would have selected the camping area, not the rooms. And for what we find there it was very expensive, and we payed for the trip with no return options ( in the full pandemic situation).

Was very near by the beach, and a lot of vegetation. The building looks good but the facilities was very very poor. The beaches was so many and so nice ,but the one near to this location was the best.

Location is good, very close to the beach. Also, it is very close to market, bakery, butchery and fish market (5 min. by car)
