I prefer to have a bigger bathroom.

Evaggelia is very nice and polite person. The location of the studio is really fantastic, a very useful start point for visiting the whole island. The garden is really beautiful and green. The room was big enough for two adults and two kids, with table inside and two big tables outside. The studio was equipt with all you need and what is very important for us- everything was cleen. I can strongly recommend it.

Perfect location, lot of trees. Quiet place (except dogs and cats during the night :)), big room with lot of stuff for making dinner, cooking, ... Mrs. Evaggelia and people from this accomodation were very friendly, nice and helpful. I'm very grateful.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay. The rooms are big and immaculately clean and the sheets and towels are changed regularly. The water is always hot and the kitchen is well-equipped with a proper cooker and oven. The studios are set in a beautiful garden with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and turkeys! Evaggalia and Georgos are really kind, generous and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is plenty of outside space to sit. The property is one block from the beach and you can hear the waves and see the mountains. There are several tavernas and bars within a few minutes' walk. Bicycles are available and it's a 10 min cycle to Lefkada Town if you go the quick way. Alternatively, it's a stunning ride along the lagoon with the flamingos and windmills. There is plenty of car parking space. I was here by myself and felt completely safe and very welcome. I liked it so much that I extended my stay and would not hesitate to recommend this stunning place.

Everything was perfect in Evaggelia Studios. The accommodation wasn't full, therefore Evaggelia gave us a bigger room for no extra charge. The room was really clean and we got new towels everyday. The garden is wonderful. Evaggelia and her husband were really kind hosts and we got marmalade that Evaggelia made. Thank you for everything. I recommend this accommodation.

This isn't a dislike, but comments! Due to the location, if you don't have a car and are planning to visit the rest of the island by bus, you will have a return walk of 6km each day to Lefkada town where the buses start from. In the summer I can imagine this will not be great due to the heat. However if you are planning to stay local, the location is good. It would be very useful to have a map and precise details of how to walk to Lefkada town from the studio, and also the location of the (very good) local supermarket (Angelo's). I had to ask a very helpful couple to find the supermarket. These practicalities, whilst not directly connected to the accommodation are so useful to people arriving who have no local knowledge. The host speaks only Greek, and some Italian - not a problem in itself, but makes communication difficult, apart from the simple things. There was no washing machine (I think one was mentioned in the description) but I could wash small things and hang them on the verandah where they dried (pegs are provided). The kettle I was using shorted part of the circuit (telly, two other sockets, the cooker light and extractor - but not the cooker). The kettle was replaced, but the initiative was not taken to check the rest of the electrics. This may have been a very infrequent occurrence, so not necessarily reflective of a bad standard.

The studio is located in Agios Iionnis which is about 3km walk from Lefkada town - it is a lovely walk, mainly through olive groves, and then through the outskirts of Lefkada town. Consequently, it is a very peaceful location. The studio is lovely, large and had everything I needed, with a fantastic view over the garden and surrounding mountains. The host is lovely, hospitable and warm. The huge garden has hens, numerous cats and two friendly dogs. It has a verandah to eat out on, mosquito nets on all windows and the verandah double doors. The studio is literally 5 minutes from the beach, and a couple of restaurants and cafes. You can walk all along the beach (full of wild flowers at the moment) past the lagoon to Lefkada town (about 8 km).

Most superb studio I've ever stayed! The view from my balcony was impeccable and I felt blessed. Relaxing stay, the studio was large with clean venues, like the bathroom and the whole complex was very clean and unique. Wi-Fi was fast and it was free. Parking was also free. Strongly recommended.

I booked for one day. Evaggelia Studios was in a good location, enought shops in close, but not noisy or overcrowded. Studios was within quite a big area which whole was in a very nice style. Has got a very good aproach to a big nice beach (about 100 meters), the sea is very clean. Kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and the main venue were all spotless and spacious. BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture were a few facilities of this incredible complex. Also very importance is that the pets is available after request. Overall, was a very pleasent stay!

The team of most incredible, friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to provide you with an unforgettable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. We have found all to be amazing. Our room was spacious and it has wonderful decoration. View to the grounds was absolutely fabfabulous and the prices for one night was exquisite.

Very fortunate to been able to spend one night again this year at the wonderful Evaggelia Studios. We are one of a large number of repeat guests who come back year after year.The first would be the location in what I would describe as a 'village' layout, as compared to an accommodation complex. The studio has a wonderful grass right on its doorstep and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Studio is also spotlessly clean, with rooms which was nice decorated, with fresh towels and linen etc. It is fair to say that the rate was reasonable and I would love to recommend it to everyone.

We liked everything. Nice quiet place with great green territory, terraces, kitchen and all necessary equipment, barbeque zones. We had everything we needed. Nice people. Sea, beach, cafe, shops-everything nearby, especially if you travel by car.

Internet connection from inside room was very slow 1-10 kb/s - 10% of time and not existing 90% of time. Outside the internet was OK. TV was very small, and only had 7 channels. It is a bit difficult if you have with you young childrens who enjoy spending 1h before sleeping to watch tv... Of course non of those 7 programs were cartoons,

The room was very clean and it was taken care by the host every day. Very appreciate for that. The parking area it was very large and i consider it as an benefit after driving every day on narrow montains roads. Inside the room was also an seif to put the personal belongings. The hosts are very friendly and polite. The yard was very clean and had many leasuring areas I fully reccomand this accomodation.
