The bedroom lighting was dark. The toilet wasn't great.(24?) The fridge ice compartment was frozen up. The staff were miserable and ignorant. Didnt smile or look you in the eye. They couldn't serve us with a glass of wine in the evening so we went elsewhere. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but nobody cleared the tables or replaced the empty orange juice dispensers. The hotel was full so you need some staff in the kitchen to be aware of customers requirements. I've been here about 5 or 6 times but the service wasn't right this year unfortunately. The tables in the breakfast room were too close together so you couldn't get out of your seat without disturbing the next person.

Bad sheets were used with hair on them, and the room was not cleaned.

The guy from reception was himself embarrassed by the situation and was really helpful to fix the issues.

Good location and value for money. It was not that noisy and close to the beach and restaurants. Awesome view towards the port and stunning sunsets! My son and boyfriend loved watching the ferries from the terrace :)

The room was dirty upon our arrival, they don't come to clean, change sheets or towers and we were there for 8nigjts, i had to request it and even then the floor was never swept, after the second attempt I gave up. Luckily I was bringing some items for cleaning and disinfection with me, otherwise we would not be able to stay. Noise - the noise from the ferries is ok upon closed doors and our room was right across from them, sometimes they pushed the horn but never heard it in the mornings, the noise from the surrounding rooms is bad. You can hear the people next door taking a shower, the people above you playing bowling it seemed, the air-conditioning system was loud, on top people with a dog came in the last night right beside us. The screen door had holes so if you try to stay on an open door there is a chance for a whole bunch of mosquitoes coming in. The outside blinds were also broken and could not close all the way down, so the light was coming in the mornings. The room was really small, i doubt it is 25sq.m., maybe with the bathroom and balcony, it was more like a double room with extra bed, which is quite tiny for a family and for a long vacation, luckily we stay at the beach all day. The staff seemed friendly. Breakfast is ok, it has staff for sandwiches, eggs, usually watermelon, sometimes french toast, coffee is filtered. We like hard beds, but the single bed in the room was really very hard, my sides were bruised from sleeping on it There is no yard and playground as stated in the description.

The breakfast was OK but the coffee was awful. There wasn’t anything to put your towels or clothes to dry.

The location was perfect for us. The ferry was just outside our hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The balcony was lovely and it was behind the ferry and the busy streets so it wasn’t noisy. There was parking available.

Room was pretty poor. Not well cleaned, tap water came out in a dribble, no plug in the sink, bedside light not working. Staff were just about friendly. 'Garden view' was basically a car park.

The location is ideal, as the hotel is at the ferry terminal and the main street of the village. Staff is attentive, and breakfast is varied. Lovely terrace with a stunning view of the sea. The only issue was that the mosquito net was torn and needs to be repaired.

Housekeepers in the morning woke us up at 7AM with shouting, and we are supposed to be on a holiday… mattress was very hard, uncomfortable to sleep on more than 1-2 nights!

Good location & Breakfast. Nice staff. I stayed for another 2 nights a week later but in a room with a seaview. The seaview room was better in every respect, no sharp corners on the bed, superb view. The score for that room will be 10 when i review it. It was worth an extra 20 Euros per night.

Sometimes early morning is a bit noisy from port. There are mosquitos.

I think the hotel deserve money for the quality of service which offer. The breakfast was good and in addition the there is parking behind the building. Location is perfect right in front of port for ferry and is not far from beach. Room is comfy and the balcony is roomy with nice view. On the whole I like that place and I would return again.

The room and room service - overall the room is pretty dilapidated. The toilet looks like it's been used for years, one drainage grate (under the shower) is broken and floats when you bathe, and the second drainage grate (in front of the toilet) is filled with a ball of hair (which stayed the whole time we were there). The cleaners came by every 2 days and only changed the towels but not to clean the room. Тhe toilet paper was of the thinnest and quickly ran out. We had to constantly ask the bar staff for a new roll of toilet paper. The bar on the door to the terrace was broken and every time we went out it was left in our hands. The terrace lacked a stretcher to dry our bathing suits and towels. Breakfast was the most basic - the quantity was small (always missing something - either cheese or vegetables), the products - cheap, the coffee and juices - artificial, the only fresh thing were figs, but they were rarely served. Accessibility - our room was on the first floor, which is accessible by elevator, but then there are 5-6 steps to get your suitcases up, which again requires lugging.

We were lucky to be in a triple room - we had a balcony overlooking the ferry port and the sunset at dusk. We had a balcony overlooking the ferry port and the sunset at dusk. Despite the constant ferry traffic - cars and people getting off and on, the windows completely insulated the noise. The hotel has its own parking spaces, so we parked in the garden just behind the hotel. The hotel is located on the busiest street in Keramoti, close to the good restaurants and stores. The two beaches we walked to, Ammos and Keramoti, were a 10-minute walk away. When we took the ferry home from Thassos, we "walked" directly into the hotel from the port which was very funny. What gained our attention to the hotel was that they had put a discount on the price of the triple room.

We wanted non-smokers room but when we got inside it was SO AWFULY SMELLY like cigarets. Even the bed and the clean towels smelled and for non smokers like us it was very unpleasant. The room wasn’t very clean, bugs, mosquitoes, mold, non-closing bath door. We were in the last room on the first floor and it felt like a basement- no light, no even wi fi or phone service. Had to go outside so I can call someone. And there was no place to put our wet clothes and towels after the beach. Talking about the towels - there was only 2 little in the room and I had to talk with no English speaking receptionist about getting more. There was plenty space for our car.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and to the port. There was an amazing breakfast with so many things to choose between. The staff was really friendly. There was plenty space for our car.

There was a problem with the shower head stand and the toilet had a problem flushing. Won’t recommend for a stay longer than a weekend.

The location is nice. Perfect for one night stay as we booked last minute. The room was nice. The breakfast was simple, but okay.
