The room was not in perfect condition: the 3rd bed was of metal and a bit dirty on the elements (dust). There is a small kitchen at the entrance but the furniture is old and has a bad smell and there were ants in it. Also the balcony table was not cleaned.

Nice view and good position (in front of the beach). The room is big and the bathroom was clean and well equiped. Confortable bed and pillows. Large balcony with table were we could enjoy the view.

The room was a little squishy for four grown adults. It would suit 2 adults and 2 kids/teenagers as upstairs bedroom was a low roof and my daughter was very tall and had to bend down all the time.

Great position and excellent view from room 403. Two bedroom apartment. The shower hasn’t got the best pressure as water goes cold quickly and not a lot of pressure. But Nefali has best position and great facilities, great breakfast and the pool are amazing. Beach chairs complimentary to guests. Service staff at the bar amazing. Location is the best. The lady who owns it (Anna), is so friendly & helpful. The men at the front desk were also amazing. You can also hire a car at the Nefali direct.

We rented windsurfing kit , although it was cheap and the sfaff were great, the equipment is end of life. Soft old boards Booms have no grip , just regrip them 20 euros a boom and get the staff to do it . Not enough kit for the amount of people renting Good location

The room - listed as a junior suite did have a sink with a little job abs a fridge . The freezer section had no door; there was no cutlery in the room nor glassware and no washing up facilities. Despite raising this on the first day this did not change which meant inevitably there were ants everywhere despite our efforts . No point providing these facilities in such a woeful way . I raised it at the end aswell to be met by a shrug only . This is nowhere near a four star hotel . The lift had a broken/ loose floor tile which was potentially quite dangerous and was being held down by a temporary table !?

Breakfast pretty poor. No decent coffee without paying for it and the buffet disorganised and insufficient. Crockery chipped and not matching - rather chaotic

The rooms were not clean, sliding door lock was broken, service was slow, no Wifi (even though they said they had). There seems to be an ant issue. We had two rooms and they both had this issue. I was told on my booking that breakfast was not included. Once we arrived I was told it was an extra $6.00 per person. Our beds weren’t made, nor were the rooms cleaned on the second day. We also weren’t given towels on our second day. There is nothing Grande about this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the Price we made. Definitely not worth 800 euros.

Some furniture needs replacing/fixing (for example a door on the bathroom furniture was broken - but not a deal breaker) If the guests in the rooms next to you talk too loud, you can hear them.

Excellent location, with a private beach that has umbrellas and seats. The staff is very friendly and the owner/manager is very friendly and can provide windsurfing lessons. The room was ok, a little bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. The rooms are cleaned everyday.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The hotel location is perfect for those who want to be next to the beach and close to Vasiliki center. Delicious breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Sometimes the hot water had low pressure, probably due to the fact that many guests showered at the same time, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The location, the beach is one of the best sandy beaches on the island, good for wind surfing. The hotel staff was helpful, the service on the beach was perfect, the staff at the water sports club was friendly. Good breakfast, not very doversified but good quality.

It is just badly run. We stayed 15 days and were very unfortunate : Rooms are not equal at all, some are nice while some are very basic. For ours, Air conditioning did not work despite the promise it would be fixed within 3 days. We were on the 4th floor and we could not have any hot water passed 6pm We had 4 days without any water at all. Incredible. The furniture to take the breakfast is a mix of chairs, tables found in a junk yard. It can be ok, but you could fell off a chair or hurt yourself easily. On the beach we were almost badly hurt when a beach umbrella fell off on us. No excuse what soever. It happened on our 7th day and was not fixed after 7 days. It was still laying on the beach broken. You have to pay upfront upon arrival. Despite all our bad luck, we had no discount nor any special attention from the direction. The boss was even hiding from us! They allowed us to take a shower in another room. The staff is ok, but everything is run by one person who does not know what customer care is. In short, they will not see us anymore nor will we recommend this place.
