No offence, but bathroom sink needs refurbishment (was broken), of course was a nasty smell from the bathroom floor drain. The frame of the door was detached. The same for kitchen furniture corners and other small details. One of the bedroom's window needs to be repaired (was open all the time), we asked for repair, but... not done. No mosquito nets! And a lot of white (marble) dust from the main (front) road.

Early check-in, nice sea view, good sandy beach, welcoming gift (a bottle of wine), big room and big bathroom, terrace with furniture, garbage service every day, new towels every three days, very good food at the hotel restaurant, very nice people. Free parking in front of the property.

We missed some tool from the kitchen, despite this is a 5 personed apartment ther was just 3 deep plate, and 3 spoon, and there was not any boiling pot (the maid bring these later, when we mentioned it on the recepcion). The maid don't speak in english. In the description (and also on the voucher) there is "the key pick up on site" but on the site there is not reception, just on the other hotel of the owner, more then a km from there. We missed some money from the room (40euro), my son left it on the dressing table in the bedroom, under his clothes, and when we came back from the beach, there was just the loose change (3euro). And just the maid was there while we were outside. We did not found that :(

The wiew was fantastic around the building, the beach is 4 min from that, just like the center as well. There is a big and confortable balcony with sea- and mountain wiew also.

The bathroom needs a little bit more renovation, but it was very clean and spacious. Otherwise, the place was good value for the money.

Really great hosts that responded to every our problems and questions. The studio is comfortable and big enough for a family and it has its own fully equipped kitchen. The pool and the garden were great as well. And last but not least - they welcome dogs and pets!

The property is right next to the main road that goes around Thasos so it can be noisy at times. Also on one night there were guests jumping in the swimming pool and making loud noises at 1 AM. It's the insensitive people that are the problem, not the property or the hosts.

Iordana was an amazing and great host. Room was very spacious and fit for the family of 5. We loved our stay at Kapahi

The traffic noise was the only thing we didn't like, especially when you need to rest. Our villa was facing the main road and there was a lot of traffic.

The position is excelent, close to the beach of Potos and San Antonio, also close to center of Potos where you have many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

There is only two plates for soup, so for family of four you must wait first two to finish 😊 shower cabin is open so when you have shower there is water all around 🤷‍♀️ The accommodation is quite old.

The employees are great, easy and nice communication ❣️ Great location.

The communication with the host wasn't good. We didn't have some essential utilities ex. toilet paper and other stuff. No laundry area, the kitchen was very small. And when I asked the host for some small basin to wash the clothes, he didn't respond...

The place was not calm though located at the end of the village. The road is passing very close but noise producing thing was a metal shaft on the road which was not fixed and when vehicles were passing over the metal sounds were occupying the whole atmosphere. Though I indicated the service; nothing was done to comfort our stay. The cleanliness is doubtful, when we arrived there were animal hairs on the flour and spots from cloth. Wash-basin was broken and the big fissures makes you feel in danger. No mosquito nets on the windows and we had to keep closed windows all the time with air-condition on. One of the windows needed repairment because it was impossible to close it entirely. The room was cleaned only once during the stay, people counting the inventory were knocking on the door one day during our stay to check the kitchen equipment, I guess this practice should be done when guests are not in the studio. No door key on the bathroom, it is recommendable to think more about people’s intimacy.

The place was situated very close to one of the good beaches in Potos. It has direct view to the sea.

The room was delivered with a delay of 1.30 hours. We couldn't check in at 14.00 because we had to wait for cleaning :(

Nothing to suggest, everything was perfect. Ok, one more sun umbrella on balcony maybe and a microwave oven, like at home.

It exceeds my expectation for the first time. New modern building, large comfort rooms 35 m2, conditioned, satisficing kitchen, every detail is well planed. The balcony is wide and long with sea view. There is free parking and wi-fi is excellent. Also it has own pool with pool beds and good shadow, my daughter skips the beach some days because of this. Bathroom is wide and clean. Location is very good, downtown is 5 minutes walk, the beach where we went (St. Antonio) is 8 minutes. The main road is near, but nothing you can hear and disturb inside. The church is also not far but I enjoyed the guessing time in the morning by bells. The host girl was very very kind and available 24/7 on viber. She cleans the rooms and changes the towels and bed linen more often than we expected, all praise to her. I think we have the best accommodation in Potos. The price for the stay that we paid is not small, but this year everything is a little more expensive, and what we got is worth more.
