Although the food was nice, but it took sometime too long to wait for refill. Childrens food selection wasn't great either. So kitchen needs improvement

There could have been more variety to the food. You could tell we were in an older section of the hotel. It was nicely renovated but the bed was a bit worn out.

The property has lots to offer: pools, games, beach bar, gym, playground. There is something for everyone.

- food was ok but generally cold or luke warm - animation staff were reactive and it felt like some were hiding from the kids - local alcohol and we had to pay for premium (branded alcohol) cocktails

+ clean and comfortable rooms + we got an upgrade to a maisonette and therefore had two bathrooms + juice bar + plenty of (paid) activities + clean towels daily

Tons of food, and if you are vegetarian/vegan, this is one of the best places we have been in Europe. You can get your laundry done before you leave for home. Plenty of things for kids to do, so the parents can enjoy a proper vacation.

the choice for kids food could be better - soups made for adults, not good looking :) a bit more nicely served food could be for kids as kids eat “with eyes”. In the beggining of May, kids pools are still a bit chilly.

The child parka could use an update. There’s a lot falling apart/deteriorating. The food was subpar. There were a lot of options for each meal but the food was almost the same everyday, which staying there for a week got old. It would be nice to have more variety. We were hoping for more authentic/ fresh Greek/cretan food, but it definitely was not fresh.

The Kids Club, The Activities they have for the families, the Rooms are great, there is a nice beach just a few steps from our room, the snack bar is open till 23:00, and the staff is super friendly. The minimarket was also super complete, and prices were, as usual, not inflated.

Indoor swimming pool. Most of the Customers do not take showers before going to water and ladies keep their hairs unlocked. As a result, in the swimming pool, there is a lot of hair, which makes swimming unpleasant. Smoking is permitted everywhere including pool bars where Kids Club is being held. Smoking among children MUST BE STOPPED. Hotel should arrange smoking areas, otherwise, it is not a FAMILY hotel at all.

Lunch and supper were good. The animation and kids club was amazing. Kids' evening program with a mini Disco, clowns, and wizards is marvellous!

I don’t have much negative to say as for the amount you get is an excellent deal and great for all kinds of people. Only thing I will say is the bed at night would come apart slightly and is not a proper double bed but was two large singles put together however was not a major issue and the positives out way by far.

The location of the hotel is in a exceptionally lovely place giving me and my partner a wonderful views from both the mountains and the sea. We also loved there was many things you can do on the property as doesn’t feel like a hotel but more like a comfy apartment. Also we liked the amount of beaches to choose from near by which weren’t just pebbled beaches. Food for all inclusive was a great selection for adults and potentially fussy kids.

There were not too much we didn’t like besides bad luck with rainy weather. Some suggestions: — better variety of drinks, including non-alcoholic options — having beach toys for the kids — my daughter complained of the indoor pool tasting weird — some of the meats were undercooked

Family-friendly atmosphere. Clean, having two areas for kid’s playground, direct access to private beach, food had enough variety. The free parking and the room set up (with crib and separate sleeping area for our daughter) were great. Very nice staff and room service, the free crib was great. Check-in and check-out process very easy.

-a lot of dirty utensil -rooftop restaurants not recommended as this conception not finished or still not finished. Same food as from main restaurants but with additional payment. -maybe situation with beach towels as we had only on the off season but we were waiting when personal will come with clean one more then 24 hrs.

the coffee from the machine. yuck! ..and some of the food. And layout of the buffet - loads of time spent searching for coffee spoons, butter, honey and other key items. Everyday a new test. ;)

the facilities onsite were more than sufficient to entertain the kids for most of the week. No need to travel far afield in search of fun - the kids had it all at the Resort. .. And the general quality of almost everything was excellent - rooms, pool, cleaning, friendliness.

The buffet could be longer hours, and the food could definitely change a bit more than the minor changes I noticed daily. It becomes a bit much to see and eat practically the same daily.
