We were very satisfied with this accommodation. It was clean, in a quiet out of town location but still just 10 minutes on foot from the village center (shops, restaurants, bars etc.). The reception was manned during the day and we could see them taking care of the properties plants and live fence on a daily basis. Free parking available and very conveniently located right in the yard. All the appliances we used worked. I would definitely stay in the same place again if given the chance and recommend it to others.

Good position very close to Palaikastro and the beaches of the East coast of Crete. Nikos very caring and nice host. Spacious room, balcony, fairly well equipped kitchen, free parking inside the property.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. The owner is friendly and there is easy parking on site. It's a10 minute stroll into town and an easy drive to the beach. You could walk to the beach in under half an hour. Overall a very enjoyable stay

A simple but cozy place, very close to the center of Palekastro and great base to explore the east of Crete. The manager Nico was amazing and always super nice and helpful with us. There is a little but very well equipped kitchen, the room is clean, the bed confortable and the bathroom has all you need. If I'll be back to Palekastro I will return to Lagos

The stay at Lagos was perfect. Very clean, very well equipped studio. Large terrace with lot's of sunshine all day. This is great in November, for July and August I am not so sure. Town centre with minimarkets and a good choice of restaurants just a 10 minutes walk away. Nice beaches around.

The only missing thing was a mosquito net, the one in the room was broken.

The room was big and had all the amenities. Big parking spot and the posibility to wash my car every day. The other guests didnt make noise so i could have decent sleep.

The only small niggle I had was that there was nowhere on the wall to attach the shower head to when having a shower, but this in not uncommon.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and we were really pleased with the accommodation. It was spotlessly clean and a good size. There was a half kitchen containing fridge, sink, mini oven and hob. However we did not use this as the apartments are within 10 minutes walk of the town, which has a number of highly recommended places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking space. This is a great place to stay for exploring the local beaches and surrounding area. This apartment was excellent value for money and we would return.

I stayed in apartment 4. The bed was very uncomfortable. It wasn’t too soft or hard, but the coils of the mattress pressed against my back for the three hours of sleep I managed to get that night. I wrote to the owner and received no response. The next day around noon, the property manager advised he could move me to a new apartment. Unfortunately I had already booked another place or I would have given it another chance, especially since no refund was offered. Better communication with the guests and a new mattress in apartment 4 would be useful goals for this business this season.

The location is perfect and the apartment is large.

Nice comfortable small apt. The only problem was that it's veranda was facing the main Street and was exposed to the sun during morning. We stayed 1 day more but we paid a little more than the price indicated at booking com although we paid in cash and without receipt
