Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandLots of steps up to the room. Breakfast was limited, worst we had in Greece, poor selection. Shower was poor. Didn't hang on the wall, had to hold it in hand and was difficult to get in and out of especially if old or infirm. No tea/coffee facilities in room, no hair dryer.
Good view.. Room was good

United KingdomRoom seemed unfinished, with no hanging space for shirts etc. No coffee or tea in room. The breakfast was basic, it would have been better if they provided fried or poached eggs and bacon, it was very continental, pastries, ham cheese etc. Mykonos is very expensive, so I guess for the price it was sufficient for 4 nights
The location was great. Nice new room with sea view,

GermanyRooms size, cleaning within the room, washrooms like very old style.. wooden doors are broken, size of rooms is too small
Its so close to all the famous locations of mykonos, windmills, little venice etc., easily accessible by walk. There is a beach right in front of the property and it has great views but not recommended to swim. Property also has a infinite style swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi experience as hot tub.

TurkeyThe hotel needs renovation. It's clean enough however it needs renovation of the rooms.
The hotel is in a very good location. Walking distance to Mykonos town and seperated from the beach with a road only. The staff at the restaurant and reception are incredible. Very warm and smiling.

GermanyBesides the pool, everything is old. Poorly maintained and it doesn’t seem that they want to improve it. The balcony view was blocked by uncut grass and leaves. Dirty hot tub and no hygiene instructions- we saw a guest using it completely naked. Breakfast very basic. It feels sadly like a waste of great potential.
Amazing Pool with astonishing view! The setup and display of the hotel complex is very pleasant. They provide pool towels which is great and they have a common bathroom with shower.

United KingdomThe pillows could be a little more comfortable and the breakfast could be better (very limited choice) but they are the only slightly negative comments I could make.
The location of this hotel is great- only a short 10 minute lovely coastal walk into the centre of Mykonos. The view of the beach and the sea from poolside is really nice. The staff are super friendly. There are limited sunbeds poolside, however this is nothing against the hotel because they have made the most of the room there they have. If I was to visit Mykonos again then I wouldn't hesitate booking here.

United States of AmericaGreat location, however, walking to and from Mykonos from the hotel can be extremely treacherous as the road is very narrow with minimal shoulder. The view from the hot tub is great, but the water was lukewarm at best.
The breakfast was terrific, views fabulous and staff exceptional! Staff went above and beyond to help with retrieval of luggage lost in air transit as well as reassuring us and making accomodation arrangements when our ferry was cancelled due to weather and a ferry strike was imminent.

FranceThat for one room for a family of 5 for one night only it was over 600e - hotel was nice but I won’t be going to Mykonos again with these prices - the rest of Greece is just as nice and way cheaper - avoid Mykonos unless money is no object and you want to party.

CanadaDated rooms and bathrooms. Faucet was from 1990 style. Even though we killed many insects, I still got bit 3 times on my face while sleeping and woke up with swollen bite marks.
Breakfast was OK, simple continental. Room was run down, killed many mosquitos in the room, outdated furniture and colours, bathroom and facilities needs an update. Staff was great and people were kind and very helpful. Close to town - walkable in 10 minutes.
