Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaI really enjoyed the peacefulness, friendliness and the relaxation mood this place has offered. So nicely located, very close to the beach and the center of Ouranopolis with all the terraces and more beaches and other points of interest, such as the small harbour where from the boats / ferries for the St Mount are departing, yet still surounded by vegetation. Really enjoyed staying there and I totally recommend!

North MacedoniaThe bathroom was very tiny. Breakfast is not included in the price.
It was very good for a small hotel, but we didn't expect to pay extra for it. It is a 10-minute walk to the center and very close to the beach.

RomaniaThe building is very well mentained. All the stuff are very kind and speak English fluently. The rooms are very cleaned. Even though the brekfast is not included, you cand serve it at their place for 10 euro. You can easily find parking for your car near the hotel. The beach is really very close to the building. Also, the hotel has a small pool, which is also very clean. Our holiday was amazing here. I would highly recomend this hotel for your holiday if you want something nice but not so expensive.

GermanyFor the picky, the pool might be a bit small and the position not directly on the beach might be an issue.
The new hotel is very clean, has comfy beds and lovely personnel. Over a 200 m stretch down the road and a path with stairs through trees you get down to a lovely sand and stone natural beach. Along it (or along the road) you get to the lovely village of Ouranoupolis with restaurants and shops. A Mini-Marker is also 100m from the hotel. The hotel pool is quite small but very clean, the atmosphere is overall very welcoming. Views from the hotel rooms to the sea are great, exactly as depicted. As the hotel is on a side street off the mail road, it is very quiet.

BulgariaI think if you add to the rooms a kettle for hot water for tea and coffee, it will be beneficial. :)
The hotel has a wonderful view of the sea, only those rooms on the ground floor do not have a view of the sea, but they are directly on the pool, which is nice! The pool is always open, which was great for us. The rooms are clean and cozy, the bathroom is good. The hosts are very polite and kind.

United KingdomRoom was quite hot even with the use of air condition. There was a wasp hive on the rear window so we could not open it and the staff told us they could not do anything which unfortunately resulted in poor sleep over most nights.
The location was really good, the sea view of the room was a highlight. The rooms were well sized, it was clean and it felt safe. The fridge was very useful. There was parking outside the hotel although it was not a designated area (street).

RomaniaNIGHTMARE: We slept for 1 night at this hotel because we were in transit. We arrived at 1 am (in the morning) and stayed in room no. 102. -The bed was inconfortable, it killed our backs and necks. I even tried to sleep on the children bed/sofa and at some point I told my husband that I will go and sleep in the car. -There is one A/C in the room and you need to keep it open all night if you want to breath, or wake up evey half an hour to turn it on and off. -There are stains on the sheets, the towels are untouchable, hair everywhere, I even cleaned the toilet with my own sanitizer. -The room is very small. -The hotel is very LOUD, you can hear every little thing by night and by day, and the Food is not good to eat, old eggs, old jams with fallen cereals. The only thing I could eat was a slice of bread with feta cheese and one tasteless tomato, plus a slice of watermelon. Better go to a supermarket and prepare your own food. I SAVED FOR THE LAST THE FACT THAT after enduring this killing bed matress and heat in the room, and all the other things, at 3 in the morning we had to listen to Rough Sex from another room or from the kitchen or halls because it sounded like it was happening on the hallway with slapping, groans for at least 1 hour, at one point I was thinking this is a prostitution hotel and thought that the man will strangulate the woman. I wanted to run and sleep in the car, unfortunately we even had to pay for this night of terror.

RomaniaThe room was small, the refrigerator very small, you could hear any sound from the hotel, the doors were very thin, you could hear any conversation from the hotel. In advance, I asked if we would arrive earlier, an hour before the check-in time, if we could occupy the room, I was told no. When I opened the bathroom door, there was a constant unpleasant smell.
I didn't have breakfast and the location didn't seem well located
