The apartment was very cosy and spacious with lovely sea view from the balcony. It had everything we needed for long stay. The host was very polite. It was in the heart of Spartia, close to supermarket, restaurant and cafe.

De bed was to small for 2 persons especially if you are 1.85m+ tall. We unfortunately had to sleep in seperate beds.

The only thing for me personally was that the mattresses on the bed were too hard so I did struggle sleeping (very much a personal thing as my husband slept fine).

From the welcome by Dionysis to the beautiful views and clean amenities we soon settled in, relaxed and enjoyed our surroundings. Large balcony to enjoy the amazing views and watch the village life go by. The village centre is a short walk (up hill) with mini markets & a couple of tavernas. You do need a car or taxis to go further afield which was okay for us. Great thing about booking.com is you don’t get Reps trying to sell you trips and car hire 😊

No faults in my opinion!

Dionysia truly made our trip the very best that it could be. She is the most kind and genuine host that I have ever encountered anywhere, her hospitality was fantastic! She had her husband pick up cigarettes for us so that we didn’t have to walk 45 minutes to the petrol station, she drove us to a secret beach location which was the best day of our trip, and she was so attentive to our space and kept it so clean throughout the week!! She made us feel so welcome and at home. The apartment itself is super clean and comfy. The location is perfect, situated in between the little square with shops/coffee bars/restaurants and the beaches (we didn’t hire a car and everything was walkable). We travelled as a couple but I would have felt perfectly safe here had I travelled alone as a 23 year old female. Spartia is a very rural and beautiful village which isn’t overly populated. 100% recommend this place.

Always welcoming, friendly and reliable. Pernari is at the edge of a village with a relaxed and calm traditional atmosphere. This is the latest of many visits and we will have no hesitation in returning.

Fantastic view from the large balconies to the sea. Huge, comfortable big places and nice design in the family appartment, each room has separate AC. Very kind and helpfull owners. The surrounding village is lovely with mini-markets and restaurants. The beach is beautiful (15 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. Surely we want to return.
