It is nearby a main street you have to cross and walk ten to 15 minutes to beach and center. But there is a bus station. The breakfast was fresh but the same everyday without fresh fruits, but for the price ok.

Really nice man at reception and the pool was big and clean, I also liked my room with modern bed and good air conditioning. The bathroom was renovated, small but nice shower with all towels. Enough car parking space. Good hotel for budget traveler.

Nothing absolutely nothing

This hotel was ideal close enough to the town but not to close that the you could hear all the loud music Chris and his staff we most pleasant and very helpful He also directed us to some great locations nearby Although we were only there a few days would definitely go back A much needed holiday after all that we’d been through this last 18 months

Everything. The manager/owner of the hotel was incredibly rude, patronising and demeaning. Upon requesting for extra towels, he stated that washing towels is a huge cost for him and that we as customers would have to pay for an extra towel. He also queried our air con usage (it was extremely hot during a heat wave), also stating the huge cost of using air con and that we should turn it off. Customer service was not at the centre of this hotel. The picture didn’t match the room. The room was so small and with our particular room, there was a security issue. Our door didn’t lock. It was a complete struggle and battle to lock the door, having to go down to reception every single day before we went out so that a member of staff could lock the door. I know this may not be for other rooms, but it was with our room; completely ruining the experience. We kept asking for a room change because of the security issue of not being able to look our door during the day and at night, as well as seeing if they could send someone out to fix the door. The managers handling of the situation was not the best, stating that “it would be very expensive to call someone out to fix the door during this busy season”. No solution was presented on his end, which was very frustrating; especially as when they did lock the door and we came back to our room; we noticed that the door was not locked at all and someone had been in our room. Needless to say, the experience was not pleasant at all; forcing us to checkout extremely early and moving to another hotel. I go to hotels quite a lot, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to or experienced. Poor customer service, rude staff, and hostel living conditions. Simply the worst and I would not recommend at all.

Wifi was working super fast and without any issues inside the room as well as in all public areas. The swimming pool is big & clean and plenty of sunbeds / sunshades are available free of charge. A bus stop is right next to the entrace of the hotel with frequent service to Rhodos and Faliraki. The staff is super nice and the owner even offered a lift to the Airport which was greatly appreciated.

We had a little bit of trouble with our room first when we arrived, but the staff offered us a new bigger room immediately. There was also a small problem with the bathroom in the new room, but it got fixed the next morning which was great and left us satisfied. Also the hotel can be a bit far from the faliraki city center if going by foot, but with a car/scooter/bike it is easy to reach.

The customer service in Tivoli hotel was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The owner was so helpful and offered to give us a ride to the beach many times and even to the airport at the end of our stay. He recommended all the best places to visit in beautiful Rhodes island. Also Violet from the hotel staff was super lovely and helpful. The bedrooms were renovated with new comfy beds. This hotel is definitely worth of the money and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap but good accommodation with great customer service.

Great value for money. The owner is incredibly helpful and goes the extra mile to make guests happy. It's very clean and the new beds are really comfortable. It's about a 15 minute walk from Faliraki which was great, as out of all the noise. We will definitely go again. Thanks for everything Chris

Fabulous accommodation for price, friendly and helpful staff even arranged pick up and drop off from airport, Faliraki and beach walking distance or short car journey, ample parking at hotel, ideally situated for exploring Rhodes by car inc Rhodes Old Town and even day trip to Lindos. It’s a great location sometimes we wanted quiet beach days and had lots of beautiful beaches to choose from, some chill out pool days and some party nights in either Faliraki or Rhodes Old Town which were easy to get to and from with taxis. Newly refurbished rooms including extremely comfy beds, wardrobes and dressing tables. Well maintained pool, excellent sun loungers and hotel bar. Open and scenic away from nightlife for decent quiet nights sleep :) Recommended to friends and will book again

I would definitely not recommend the hotel. The hygiene is really bad and the rooms are old and dirty (check the pictures). When we arrived, the rooms were not cleaned at all. There was blood in the shower and the toilet had skid marks. Furthermore, the bed had dirty sheets. Immediately after we contacted someone to check the rooms. The director came and made a bunch of excuses and that they lack staff to clean the hotel. As a solution he told us to just go to another hotel (unfortunately everything else was full booked). Exactly the same happened to another family who checked in. They were also told to just leave if. He told us that everything will be cleaned the next day and of course the room was still the same trash. The bad hygiene at the hotel and dirty rooms really ruined our holidays. Even the breakfast was disgusting and the cutlery was not cleaned well. It was every day the same food and when you are lucky you can have some fruit (if some is left because they have a limited amount). Also the location was very bad, closely to the main road.
