Yianna is an excellent host, she met me on arrival to hand me over the keys. I stayed for five days and the appartment was cleaned during this time, there was also a complementary pizza from the host. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes from the beach. The furniture is simple, but everything needed is there, including warm blankets even.

No emptying of bathroom trash every day which is a bit uncomfortable since you throw the toilet paper there. Frying pan should be replaced, the one there is too old and sticky. There is salt, but no oil. Bed waa a bit too soft for me. No pick up from or drop off at the port which is really 5 minutes drive. That is a pitty. 10 euro taxi drive. Renting a car from them, they quote the price without any insurance, which is strange in europe where you normaly have the prices with the insurance with excess. And parking the car at that narrow street can be a bit tricky.

It is a pretty studio at the great location. Very clean. Small balcony is the cutest.

Good location, very close to the center. Apartment looks recently renovated, the kitchen is big and well equipped, the bed is big and confortable. Yiannas is a good host, willing to help, she speaks also a very good italian!

The apartment has everything we could possibly need. The owner collected us from the ferry and dropped us back off at the end of our stay which made things much easier for us. We also had some cakes in our room on arrival as we where celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time and would without doubt book this apartment again.

Great little studio for a couple. Looked just like the pics. 5 min walk to the beach and a stones throw from restaurants & shops. We stayed here for a week and had everything we needed. we mostly are out but the kitchen was well equipped.

There was some confusion about an early check-in, key collection and the readiness of the property. Spare keys were left 'hidden' outside the door throughout. Given the distance from the ferry port to the office (1km), some assistance with transport would be helpful, especially on hot days.

A very clean, functional and stylish apartment just on the edge of the town centre in walking distance to the local beach and nearby restaurants. Great bathroom, fully functional kitchen, comfy double bed and cute balcony. Very quiet area, easily accessible with only a few stairs. Shops and transport just down the road.

Very welcoming and friendly host! Easy check-in and was giving all the information needed for our stay. The property is a very short walk to a small pebbled beach with crystal clear water. Also only a short walk to the start of the bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Frankly I cannot think of anything which, for the price I paid, could have been improved. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay. I think this is the first full 10/10 I have given anywhere, using Booking.com.

"Yianna's Studio" was a rented small apartment, as advertised. Yianna was friendly and welcoming (Joanna is the English equivalent, and she spoke excellent English) and very kindly met us at the ferry port in Gaios, and drove us in the small (almost new) four-door car which she rented out to us for the two days that we were in Paxos. She took us to the apartment, parked nearby, and, having let us in and given us the key, showed us how everything worked. It was attractively decorated, contained a normal double bed (very comfortable), a sofa bed, a couple of chairs and a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you would need, even for a longer stay. The bathroom, with its own door, was clean and had an effective shower, basin and loo. The studio was very light, had a balcony with a table and two chairs, and a view out to sea, and facilities for drying clothes. The room had an air-conditioner, which was useful, as the temperature was above 35 degrees (95F). The studio was up some outside stairs (Yianna's own home was on the next floor down), and, although in a quiet area of Gaios, was only a short two minutes walk from the town centre and its harbour - very conveniently situated. The car worked well; we paid a small extra amount daily for comprehensive insurance, and refilled the tank before our departure. Much better value than renting from one of the local car hire places.

Everything was fine... It wasn't 5 star luxury or designer chic but we weren't expecting that and didn't want it. It was a very pleasant little apartment comfortable and welcoming. We only stayed one night on our way to Loggos but could have happily stayed for a couple more days.

We were met at the port and taken to the studio which was very well located for the town and beach, close to both but quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small balcony on which to sit with a partial sea view and overlooking well maintained gardens.

I'm a bit particular on privacy so I was just hoping to get informed before the arrival of the cleaner and the technicians who installed awnings while I stayed there. Other than that, overall great stay!

Great studio, awesome location, just 3' from the beach, super market, taverns, etc. Around 6' away from the nearest bus stop and taxi station. It had all the necessary facilities and more. The host was kind and went the extra mile to assist me. She also sent a cleaner on the third day. Overall awesome accommodation and I really appreciated the decor!

Comfortable with everything you need and extras in studio you don’t always expect such as iron and sun umbrellas. Host was very helpful , picking us up from port and being very kind in printing out documents for us just before we left. Would definately recommend as peaceful area and easy to get to restaurants etc in Gaios. Would stay again.
