To avoid mosquito attacks in the night maybe would be fine to install net protection on the doors to balcony....however, it is just a hint/recommendation....🤓

Very nice location/appartment incl. nice see view from any balcony in the appartmant...very nice and communicative owner...still in contact with us via chat recommending any open events in Rovinj or other local places (Pula)...was appreciated !

The check in and out was smooth. The rooms were clean and spacious, the owner was very kind and helpful. The beach and the city center were a 10 minute walk. Everything we needed.

Sandra (the owner) is the best host ever!!! She is a super lovely and hospitable young lady who was waiting for us to arrive in the middle of the night with a big smile on her face though! Additionally, she was ready to help by giving the advices of what to visit around Istria and Rovinj and where to eat. Her apartment is at the excellent position close to the city center and one of the bigger chains of supermarkets. Directly in front of her house there is a spacious private parking place. Apartment is big enough, bright and new with a nice terrace and it’s equipped with all the amenities.

I would ask for two sets of keys if there are two of you. You have to lock the apartment door with the key from the inside (I've experienced this in other European cities) and you need a key to get in the building entrance. My husband went out in the very early morning to take photos and when I work up later I realized that I was "locked in" until he returned. But I enjoyed coffee on the terrace in the meantime! Should've asked for 2 keys. Not a negative on his part at all. I didn't realize we'd booked a 2 bedroom unit, so there was LOTS of room. There were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, however no couch or comfortable chairs to sit in, so we just sat on our beds, at the kitchen table or at the terrace patio set. All good.

Robert is a fabulous host! He took us through the clean & spacious apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. He speaks English very well--but will tell you he doesn't! That's him on the motor scooter in the photo. He even recommended one of his favorite local restaurants. (We wanted a real Croatian dinner!) The apartment is a nice walk from the very busy waterfront. We relaxed on our ocean view terrace and drank coffee away from the crowds. His daughter Sandra checked in often (via the booking.com messaging) during our 3 nights there to make sure all was well. They even let us use a washer (on the first floor) to do a mid trip load of laundry. It's a very safe area to walk around late at night. Parking is included, right on the premises. It's a bit tricky to back in, but Robert helped us.

Near to centre of Rovinj. Kind host, nice and tidy rooms. Good wireless connection. Nice garden, shadowed parking place. Well equipped kitchen. We had northwest rooms, so they didn't overheat during the day.

You can hear the noise from cars on the streets, but it gets calmer over the night.

The accommodation was great - everything was comfortable and clean, there were two toilets and three balconies with a view to the sea. But the most we appreciated how nice the owner's family was. Robert's daughter Sandra even brought us a hot cake she'd just baked!

I really liked how clean the room, kitchen and batroom was! They must have cleaned it at least twice a day! Host were extremely nice, treated me with some homemade pastry, showed me lovely beaches nearby and gave me all the information I needed. Also the house is in a peaceful spot, but very close to city centre (by feet!). I loved that I had a parking spot in front of the house, since town is otherwise pretty expensive for parking. I loved the balcony, I actually had two of them, one with morning sun and one with evening sun. Heaven! :)

Everything was OK.

I’ve been there couple of times. Its always a good choice to be there. Location is excellent, the centre and the sea is close enough, there is Konzum shop near to the accommodation. Staff is very friendly, everything is clean. Balcony is excellent place for a nice breakfast. You can even cook in the kitchen.
