We booked the apartment quite late in the evening but still got warmly welcomed. The apartment is huge and has everything needed. The area is about 5' away from the city center with a taxi but very well located and close from supermarkets. The apartment was very quiet and perfect for a much needed rest ! Excellent price for an apartment this size !

We only spent one night, but we had a good time and everything went as expected. The room was spacious, kitchen equipped with everything needed (fridge, stove, sink, coffee machine, etc.), AC, parking in the courtyard.

Very nice place. Although it was very hot outside the temparature inside the apartment was great, and we didnt need to connect the AC. Very nice people, they gave us some products from their own garden. The kitchen has almost everything. Very happy.

Large, recently renovated apartment. It is very quiet, has large parking and good WIFI connection. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Although it is not located close to Old Town Uber or Bolt ride will take you there in less then 10 minutes. The cost of one way ride is 45 Kuna(6 EUR). The hosts are really helpful and friendly. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay

Be aware that the location is a little bit far from the city center. This wasn't an issue for us because we had a rental car, which we could park very easily in a private parking (included for free in the booking).

The apartment is excellent. It has everything you need and very comfortable beds. Also, Ana was extremely friendly when welcome us and made us feel at home right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed overnight, safe parking, clean, spacious apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Easy to find, very helpful host. A little bit far from touristy downtown Split if you consider walking, especially when the weather is hot, avoid taxis they will rip you off, or negotiate the price ahead. Parking in central Split in August is highly problematic.

Very highly recommended! We loved our stay at Bilic Apartment! The unit is very well located, furnished, cleaned and equipped. The adjacent parking was priceless for us! But most important was the atmosphere! The owner is a wonderful, warm and friendly person! We immediately felt at home! The entire family was there to make our stay the most convenient and enjoyable. Always attentive to our needs yet never intrusive!

The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos and sparkling clean. It is only a few minutes walking to the University campus, with a lot of bars, restaurants, and stores close by. The host was very nice, and even brought us local cherries, homemade jam and chocolates! Thank you very much, we hope to stay with you again some day!

There is no real garden/patio. The garden/patio is a small space directly next to the front door of the apartment (where also the parking is) with a little bench next to the apartment wall. It is rather a simple outside exit, so it would be fair to change the garden/patio info.

Check-in was easy and fast. The apartment was clean and very big. The apartment belongs to a family who lives upstairs. The family is super nice and open for a little smalltalk and they always make sure that everything is fine. The neighbors are super nice too and open for a little smalltalk. Parking is right next to the front door of the apartment. Theres a beautiful Beach not far from the apartment and you can reach split in 45 minutes by foot. Near the apartment are a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area is safe at night ! All in all, it was a nice, positive and comfortable stay !

The hosts is a very nice family willing to give their guests the best time in Split. They even helped me to get me COVID test during my stay! Driving me through it. The shower is great has shampoo, soap, body lotions & cream… all you could ever imagine! I really recommend you to stay at this place, not regretting at all. Wifi connection FLIES! I would love to do home office here aswell. I felt really comfortable and well supported by them, who would answer their phone at the first ring. All I could do is stay one night but would be glad to stay longer! Recommending this to all my friends and family.

We only stayed for 1 night in Split, but this apartment has everything you need for 1 month! The bed was excellent - large, comfortable, and clean, just like the whole apartment. The host is suuuper friendly and even got us some specialties which was a pleasant surprise :)

It was rather warm during late July and the AC is only in the living room..pity that cooling air can not transfer to other rooms..

It is a family-run apartment, son and daughter-in-law manage the communication, parents who live one floor above were hosting us. They generously offer the parking facilities while we were off to other island. Very friendly. Also the flat is spacious. For 5 ppl is sufficient.

Perfect apartment in Split with all the accommodations, less than 5 minutes (by car) far from the center of the city. The owners are wonderful people available for everything we needed. The flat is really close to the best beach of Split (for us) "Znjan".

I loved staying there! We booked 4 days but after that we stayed another 4 because that's how amazing it was. The hosts made us feel like a part of the family, everything was perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious, the neighbourhood very peaceful and its only about 30min walk to the centre, and there are many busses nearby too ;) there's a great pizzeria about 2min walk from there. We definitely recommend coming here and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Staff kept insisting over and over that only 2 people could sleep there, and threatened with calling police for no reason. We perfectly knew this but yet kept going over it.
