Loved the property. Ivan’s garden was so lovely. It was our retreat from the busy old town city. Turtles in the garden and Zara (golden retriever) made it extra special. Ivana and Boza were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay special.

Nothing not to like!

Ivana and Bozo were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. There were treats and enough food items so we didn’t have to rush to the supermarket for basics. The location was central to old town and the harbour with easy access to both. Everything was walkable. The apartment was of high quality with everything you could want. Great shower and bathroom and beds were very comfortable. Impeccably clean and the garden furniture and setting was beautiful. Thank you Ivana and Bozo.

Nothing!! We hope we can stay for longer!

BEST HOST!!! The perfect care from the host made our whole trip so unforgettable! The warm welcoming that we received is incredible, they recommend us on the spot and some restaurants, and tell us every details about Dubrovnik. The host treated us like family, take care of our every need, even helped us to handle our laundry so we can take a rest earlier! The host made us delicious cheesecake, even drove us to the main bus station and let us the store our luggage on our last day. The house is very clean and surrounded by peaceful and quiet environment, the garden is beautiful with different types of flowers, and the dog is so adorable and friendly!! We can even watch the sunset just sitting in the garden. Super recommend everyone this lovely and cozy apartment, which makes you feel like home! We will definitely choose this apartment again if we visit Dubrovnik again!

Nothing at all - just take note that parking is a fair distance away but this is barely an issue for us.

Ivana and Bozo were warm and hospitable. They really look after you like you’re family. We were really impressed with all of their homemade drinks and food. The apartment was spacious and we particularly loved the toilet, which was spacious. We enjoyed the terrace very much as well - the views were fantastic and it was nice to just sit outside and enjoy the views and weather.

This is a beautiful comfortable apartment, located in a quiet elevated area of Dubrovnik, featuring a tidy lovely garden and another room with a fireplace for guests. The Old Town is just 20-25 mins walk from there. There's really of attention to details: everything is chosen with care and makes that place really look special. We genuinely felt our hosts were some of the kindest and friendliest people on earth: they gave us a lot of advice and did their very best to help us, including arranging a free parking near the apartment, in an area where finding a spot to park your car is really challenging. Highly recommended!

The apartment was incredible! We had everything we needed and more. Ivana and Bozo are one the most kind people I’ve ever met. They left coffee and drinks for us in the fridge and when we arrived, they gave us a lot of information about Dubrovnik (where to go, what to avoid, etc.). They led us to the parking spot, offered to help us with our luggage and on the last day, they brought us delicious cake. There is also a wonderful garden, where you could have your coffee and it has a magnificent view. I would definitely book their place again if I am ever in back in Dubrovnik and I 100% recommend it!

There is literally nothing. I understand why this facility got 10.0/10.0 from more than 100 visitors. Nothing I can come up with to improve being very honest. I wish I could give 15.0/10.0, really.

All was perfect, especially the hospitality. the host family gave all instruction (including the recommendations for the city, restaurant, supermarket etc) by face to face, the room was gorgeous and full of good vibe and facilities were well maintained. even the garden and view was awesome.

Host was warm and welcoming. The property is in a great location - it's a short walking distance (about 25 minutes) to the old city and it comes with free parking. You just have to prepare yourself for the narrow streets typical to the region if you are arriving by car.

The apartment is roughly 1.5 km from the old town and is in the middle of the busy city of Dubrovnik. However, the garden is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the town. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the garden and the turtles that walk there. We really loved our stay here. The hosts are lovely people, very kind and helpful. They gave us personal attention, which was really appreciated. The attention to detail is amazing in this apartment. For example every day they put a tiny bouquet of fresh flowers on the table outside. Their dog is very sweet, even if your not a fan of dogs, the dog is very well educated and well behaved. We would recommend this place and hope to visit it once again in the future.

Wish we could have stayed longer and took the host up on her offer to use the home grown tomatoes from the garden. We will have to return!!

Loved everything! From the moment we parked our car, we were felt most welcome in this hidden gem located just west of Dubrovnik's old town. The personal recommendations towards restaurants, bakeries, travel & places to see were great for our two day visit. The apartment was immaculate and has everything that one would want if they wish to eat in or simply put their feet up, relax and enjoy the beautiful garden that surrounds this property. Amenities such as Iron/washing is also available if needed.

It didn't bother us much, but there are quite a few stairs to access the property. If you get a taxi there, enter from the top so you don't have to walk up the hill.

The couple running the place were very friendly, they offered homemade snacks and had a lot of helpful information about the area, what to do and how to do it. Amazing hosts, wish we could have spent more time chatting, but adventure called! They have a beautiful dog and garden, the apartment was well kept, and they explained everything about the apartment. Like the A\C, light switches, etc. And the apartment was great, just like the pictures. Cheers to Ivana and Bozo. 😁

Dubrovnic is full of steps as it’s in a bowl, it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility. Most apartments near the old town have steps leading to them.

The hosts were really lovely. They looked after us really well. Even had homemade cheesecake which was delicious. They were very helpful and attended to our needs. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment, kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have wanted. Lovely terraced garden full of lovely plants and tortoises. Chairs and table outside our apartment with an umbrella, perfect for sitting and relaxing.

Everything was great!

The hosts are extremally welcoming and helpful. Ivana and Bozo told us a lot about interesting spots in the city and we had an interesting conversations later on. Rooms are really nice and clean with even more facilities then we expected. We even had a welcoming cheescake in our fridge and it was delicious. Definatelly recommend!

Every thing was excellent

Location was quiet, Ivana are host was excellent nothing was too much trouble. great local info provided from Ivana was a great help. Supermarkets and places to eat/drink not far away local bakers just the road. Local homemade drink just help your self from room next door. Wife had birthday, and Ivana made cheesecake for her nice touch. The whole family made us feel very welcome. Would stay again no problem.

There were only minor things. I like to have plenty of light in a room where I spend more time. I would have needed more in the open plan kitchen when preparing a meal and having dinner when it was already dark outside. If you get home in the night and just go to bed you won’t need more light there :)

To me it seemed like Ivana (the wife) and Bozo (the husband) treated us like their owns guest, not just as guest of their apartments. Bozo gave us a lift from the main bus station as we arrived from Split. That was very helpful (no need to figure out public transport or pay for a taxi)! As the apartment is on a hillside and it is approachable only by stairs (no car can park right at the entrance) Bozo helped us to get our heavy suitcases to the apartment. That was very helpful! They sat down with us in a vintage atmospheric room, offered home made liquor, and explained on the Dubrovnik map how to get to the old town, recommended restaurants based on our preferences, where to find bigger supermarkets, how to visit islands nearby. Since Dubrovnik is very hilly and people rarely use bikes, parking is very difficult and renting a car expensive, we decided to rent scooters. It turned out to be a very good decision. It was easy to park for free in the town and find a place 2 minutes away downhill for the night. The apartment is furnished and arranged in a modern style. We used the kitchen part for cooking simple meals and making salad. I have found helpful the set of dishes and cutleries: There where three different size of frying pans and pots, scissors, sharp knives (sharper than the ones we have at home! :)), glas teapot with filter. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a range of dried herbs (see photo) made preparing meals so much easier! Ivana helped me with using the washing machine and took care of our drying clothes when it started to rain and we were away. Coming from the UK I hoped to eat delicious and ripe fruits in this mediterranean country which wasn’t as easy as I thought. None of the supermarket or green grocery fruits tasted really so Ivana shared with us some fruits from their vegetable box. Later in the week we got to the market which is open until 12pm. I luckily bought some fruit there which tasted well.
