The star is the owner who organised taxis, met us late evening to take us to the apt, gave good local info including all the nearby restaurants with discount and couldnt do enough for us.. The apt was immaculately clean and we wanted for nothing. On a lovely side street with amazing restaurants but very quiet once we figured out how to properly close the windows. Great showers and extras like bread, fruit, wine snacks and even a lovely bottle of homemade liqueur from the family farm. Dubrovnik can get very busy but if you want to stay in the city walls then this is a great choice.

Our host, Tomas, took care of every detail. The room itself was in the perfect location, within minutes of the major attractions within the city walls. There were so many dining options just outside our door. I also loved how the apartment smelled! :)

If you're spending time in Dubrovnik, look no further! Our apartment was beautiful and perfectly located within the city walls. Tomas was an amazing host - he arranged to have us picked up at the ferry, and then walked us to the apartment and showed us around. He also had great recommendations for dinner and activities in the city. The apartment was perfect - spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful living room / kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with wine, milk, coffee, juice and some light snacks. Everything was comfortable and we were able to come and go between amazing activities in Dubrovnik!

The location of the Apartment is excellent right inside the old city. Everything is so near. What we liked best was the warmth of the host. There was a personal touch. He was an excellent guide telling us exactly what we needed to do, what were the best restaurants to go over to. Very helpful and excluded enormous warmth. The apartment is beautiful, more so like a heritage place with all modern fessilities.

Everything! Tomas was such a thoughtful and generous host—from helping us with drop off and pickup to all of the apartment amenities. The apartment was well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well located. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and very much hope to return!

Nothing- wish we stayed longer!!

A+ location if you want to stay in Old Town (and not too many steps to get there with luggage). The street had numerous dining and drinking options right outside. Our host Tomas was so accommodating and even met us for arrival and helped us organize transport for departure along with carrying our luggage. I loved sitting in the apartment with the windows open and hearing all the sounds of the city. When it was time to sleep, we closed the windows and you couldn't even hear the street noise. The bathroom was also really nice and functionally laid out. Tomas had so many thoughtful details in the room including beach towels, coffee, tea, water and snacks. He also suggested a boat ride to Cavtat, which was a great half day excursion to explore another area, beach, and eat lunch!

Nothing we can think of.

The location is super perfect - 4 mins walk from Pile gate(wall entrance) in a heritage building and just 10 steps away from the main street(Stradun). We were greeted by our host Mr. Tomas, he was gracious to come and meet us at Pile gate, and helped with our luggage. He dropped us at our room, explaining the restaurants nearby with discounts and gave suggestions on places to visit nearby. One of the days, He even drove us to the Dubrovnik bus stops for our day trip to Ston. The rooms was well stocked with extra bath towels, beach towels, and the fridge was stocked with welcome drinks of wine & beer, milk, and a selection of Tea & Coffee. On the day of our leaving Mr Tomas arranged for a taxi, and took the effort to come to the room and help us with our luggage to walk over to the tax near the Pile gate. We were pleasantly surprised with his gesture of giving us a parting gift.

Nothing, everything was immaculate with so many extras provided which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated.

Immaculate modern comfortable apartment with all amenities and close to everything right in the centre of the old town. Tomas and his wife were lovely perfect hosts, even picking us up from the ferry and taking us to the apartment. They also provided numerous extras with snacks, drinks, plenty of towels and lovely toiletries. Tomas organised a driver to take us to the airport and offered help with anything we needed, recommending places to go and even giving us a farewell gift. Thank you for a wonderful stay Tomas.

We were travelling as a group of 5. My 3 grown-up kids and one of their partners. The setup and lay out was perfect for us. The place was immaculately clean. The location couldn't be better. You are steps away from all of the old town sights. Times made great restaurant recommendations and couldn't do enough for us. He is literally the perfect host!

The property and owner, Tomas, were brilliant! The location in Dubrovnik's old town was perfect and the apartment was lovely. The level of hospitality that Tomas showed us exceeded our expectations. Not only did he pick us up from the ferry port and help us with our bags to the apartment, he also had the apartment stocked with beverages, fresh fruit, and treats for our arrival. At the end of our stay he helped us with our departure and gave us parting gifts. What an amazing stay! We would definitely come back!!

Everything was amazing! Our host Tomas is the best host we have ever dealt with! He organised our ride from the airport straight to the accommodation and met us at the gate to the old town and helped with carrying our luggage. Tomas pointed out all the best things about the town on the way and gave us valuable information on what to do! The apartment was incredible. Right in the heart of the old town and all the most wonderful restaurants right on our door step.

The room was just what we needed while in Dubrovnik. Centrally located for tours and restaurants. The room was clean and quaint, with special touches including a dark liquor Tomas’s mother makes. We couldn’t recommend this property enough along with Tomas and his warm hospitality. He met us outside the Pile Gate to assist us with our luggage and helping arrange our airport transfer.

The host was thoughtful and arranged our transfer. When we got to the apartment he gifted us with a bottle of his mother licor, chocolates and wine, as well as a great explanation about how to explore the city. The apartment is amazing, clean, well decorated and has AC working in all rooms, which was essential as it was really hot the days we stayed there. The apartment was also equipped with a really nice kitchen, coffee,l and fruits were included, as well as towels and slippers. The beds were comfortable and the size of the apartment was ideal for our group of 5 people. When we were leaving, the host also arranged our transfers, came to help with the bags and gave us a goodbye gift! The location couldn't be better. You are at 1min walk from Pile gate and the main street of Dubrovnik, and considering that is the city of stairs, the apartment access is quite easy (only 1 short staircase up).

Location was amazing; we were in the centre of everything. The flat was beautifully done, and so comfortable. Our host, Tomas, was just wonderful. He was super helpful and made our stay an incredible one. He helped with our airport transfers and our trip to Bosnia, which was truly worthwhile.

Nothing, the street can be noisy in the evening but the double windows are very effective and we slept like babies.

Very good place in Dubrovnik old town, cosy appartment, very confortable. All things needed for a pleasant stay, better than a hostel. And of course Tomas and his wife, so nice and welcoming, full of advice and always available if needed ! The best accomodation for holidays we went in the last few years. Top soap and shower products, lots of things to drink and eat for free, nice coffee machine … and of course for a ride from / to the airport their friend Ivan, nice and friendly as well !

Not one complaint about the property

An exceptional property. Great location. Great facilities, clean, beautifully furnished. Welcome drink on arrival, fruit, nuts and wine. Beach towels, slippers and plenty of towels. Could not have asked for anything better. Our host Tomas was amazing. Arranged for a pick up and drop off at the airport and replied to text messages immediately. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to go back
