The only thing I would change is the motion light that activates the hallway if you go to the bathroom. I could see how it might awaken someone sleeping. Other than that the place was great.

I liked the host, She was helpful and friendly and had refreshments and fruit waiting. The place is close to everything...prepare for small hills but Croatia is a very hilly place. We took the airport bus to the station and walked the couplke of minutes.

Interesting toilet at room number 2 but you get used to it.

Just a couple of steps from city centre and free private parking. All kitchen amenities are provided in the apartment (oven, stove, pans, coffee, even a smoothie machine). Exceptionally clean, everything smells like fabric softener just like home :) Very kind owners who explain every little detail to you during check in.

The toilet seat always fell and the wifi connection was really weak but besides these everything was great.

The host was super kind and helpful, we have never experienced such a sweet welcoming. The room was well equipped and cozy, also the kitchen area. We got keys for an outside storage cage where we could keep our bikes. Parking was free in the backyard.

Entrance for the parking is a bit sharp and tight.

Owner Nada is great. Explained us where we can go and what to do, including restaurants, attractions, beaches etc. Plus we got homemade rakija and candies as welcome gift. Walking distance to city center.

Air con essential and brilliant, location ideal for shopping, sight-seeing and travel. Room comfortable, with cooking and fridge facilities also good. Drying of smalls effective and ironing was possible.

Beware of the smooth stairs, made of stone. Slipped twice. External may look an abandoned building but inside is amazing

Can't suggest any improvement - was one of our best stays in Croatia.

This very clean studio apartment had a double bed and single bed, a good size bathroom and a good kitchenette set up (we had breakfasts and a dinner in our room). The host - Nada - took a lot of care to go over the map of Pula and make suggestions for our stay. There were lots of extra's in the kitchen - a box of teas, coffee, candies, milk and fruit in the fridge and tastes of several Rakija....wonderful. As others have said, the building exterior is plain and the building is on a busy street but the room is quiet, clean and comfortable and affordable. Note: cash only for payments (keeps the cost down tho').

Nothing stands out that compromised our enjoyment of our stay.

Surprising stay. Outside appearance did not have curb appeal and was not visibly noticeable as we approached the address., but inside had nice sized room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, free water and fruit, local brandy in the refrigerator, and was quiet. The host was quite hospitable as well. We were able to a locals dining place with good Croatian food within a short walk from our lodging. It was nice to have parking available being the building as well.
