Our host Stephen was helpful and charming, the apartment and pool were immaculately clean and the location to the beach was good.

The rooms were 2 stories above a gentleman’s club. It was loud all night during the weekend thru the whole night. It was a safe area and steps from old town. There were porn stations on the tv, which made it uncomfortable for us and inappropriate for our 3 girls in the next room if they turned on the tv. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for my husband and I.

Very close to old town, very clean and nice shower with toilettes provided. The owner was great with communication all thru the 2 day stay and found us a fair priced transfer to our next location . Very easy and welcoming.

Parking was a challenge, and the noise of traffic and late revellers in the early hours annoying.

i turned on the tv to find CNN and 4 porn channels on the menu which was a bit off putting. I would have liked a map showing the quick route to the quay. luckily the hotel across the road helped me.

The balcony overlooked a carpark, it wasn’t an issue but if you’re expecting nice views then this isn’t the balcony for you.

Anela was an excellent host - she was helpful and personable. The location was perfect, quiet but still so close to the city centre which is where we wanted to be. The room itself was lovely - it had everything we needed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver!! The bathroom was great and the shower particularly.

There nothing to dislike!

Way exceeded my expectations - the description doesn’t do it justice! The room was immaculate and there were some wonderful little touches like spa hotel quality toiletries, slippers, and a nice choice of tea and coffee. Outside of the room was a small kitchen with some fruits and cereals available for guests.

central ...the owners were amazing people so helpfully.. from even days before they messaged and arranged directions were to eat/drink were to visit.. and even kept my bags for the day as my fight wasn't till 9pm.. I highly recommend this place to stay beautiful apartment and I'll definitely be back

We’ve just come back from our stay in Croatia and Split was our first stop. Spalatum Suites was the perfect place to explore, the rooms were clean and tidy, decent size with really good facilities. Check in and out was really simple, if I was to return to Split I would definitely stay here again.
