The kitchen equipment could be improved. Right now it is not really possible to cook there.

The location was directly next to the city centre. The staff was really nice and welcoming. It was always clean.

The isolation was terrible. You could hear everything not only the noises from the room next to but as well from outside. It didn't make any difference if the window was open or closed. Especially annoying was that the people were talking outside and one night even someone apparently threw up just outside...

Every place is a bit noisy and that's fine but this room had a blocked door to a hallway(?) from where the sounds were as loud as you were out there yourself. Also no proper window.

Nothing bad really. I guess if you are looking for more luxurious accommodation then this might not be for you, but if you are looking for somewhere basic, but convenient and affordable then this is a great place to stay.

I stayed here with a friend for a night before heading out to the islands. It was a well situated place to stay for looking around the old city and getting to the ferries with a very friendly and helpful manager who gave us lots of helpful advice. We stayed in a quadruple room with bunkbeds and a big private bathroom and it was very clean and well equipped with a small shared kitchen outside the room.

The hostel is in an excellent location with so much around. The host/owner was so nice and was willing to help with everything. As soon as we arrived he made us feel welcome and showed us on a map everything we needed to know around the hostel such as the close by bakeries which were open 24-7, supermarkets, cosmetic stores, restaurants, landmarks etc. He was also willing to cater any of our needs and made effort to assist us in anyway we could have asked. Such a nice guy! We had the private room and it was decked out with a big bed, tv with tonnes of channels including sport and a whole kitchen with plenty of plates, pans pots… literally everything and a big fridge. This is an excellent room to stay and enjoy split and be amongst it all. we were able to walk to many of splits lovely beaches from here too.

Great accommodation, perfectly located between the bus station and the old town. Many supermarkets and bars close by. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the room fast. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and useful tips. It was the perfect place for our short stay

Location was great, near the bus station and a short walk to the old city. The host was so accommodating and helpful sharing information about the city and a little bit of history as well as the offer to be contacted should I need anything during my stay. Bonus I got a free upgrade because it was off season and another room was vacant!

The owner has been really nice et welcoming, told me about Split history, told me where to go. My room was updated as there was no one else around. The room was big, spacious, comfortable and super clean. Location was few minutes away from the historical center.

Very close to the centre of Split. It is very small but it has everything you need. Very good value for money. The hostel was very comfortable even though its size. The manager and the rest of the staff there are very nice. Facilities worked well. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

The size of the room I stayed in was exceptionally small. The host jokingly called it the smallest room in the Adriatic Coast. But I was traveling alone, so it was perfect for me. There was really NOTHING I didn't like!

The location was excellent. It was a lively neighborhood, but the hostel itself was very quiet. But what I really loved the most was the Host Sime and all the friendly staff. From reception to cleaning staff, everyone was so hospitable and friendly! Would absolutely stay here again. AC and refridgarator were excellent!

We were super happy to stay in this hostel, I highly recommend it to everyone! The room was spacious, clean, the location is just perfect, very close to the city center yet quite and possible to get good sleep. The owner and his daughter were very welcoming, great people! It is a very safe area as well, with beautiful beaches and lovely town. Thank you so much as well for changing our room so that we could have a double bed, we were very grateful! We hope to come back :)
