Room was a little bit small

We stayed at this guesthouse because we were visiting the nearby winery of Korek for a wine tasting and dinner (5mins walking) and were pleasantly surprised by this guesthouse! The room was well maintained, clean and the host was very kind and helpful and overall the guesthouse has a great value for money. At breakfast, we learned that the guesthouse itself also has a winery and a restaurant (which was closed at the time), which we would have loved to visit too. The area overall is also really nice, a small rural village in a nice wine area 45 mins out of Zagreb, so highly recommended to visit!

Simple but clean and nice little hotel on the mountains with very beautiful landscape around, very friendly staff and we also got a bottlte of local wine for present.

The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, so you can hear some of the other rooms sometimes, but it didn't really bother us that much.

Great value for money. The location is lovely, in between all the vineyards, and the food (included breakfast + dinner for €15 pp) as well!

It would be nice to have a greater choice of local pastries and a proper 100% orange juice instead of the coloured water with added sugar. It can't be that much more expensive.

The road is uphill but not as bad as described in other reviews. It's a countryside, folks. We arrived very late but a friendly lady greeted us with a prepared dinner anyway. Included sampling of the local wines. Complete silence outside in the night, we could sleep with open window. Breakfast was okay, but eaten on a terrace with a marvellous view of wineries and the Zagrebian plains. We left with a 6-pack of Pinots and will return when going through Zagreb again.

The rooms were spacious and quiet, AC worked perfectly, wi-fi was good and fast enough. Tina was amazing and very helpful: she went above and beyond with everything from helping us with lunch reservations to helping us with taxi service.

We had hoped to eat at the guesthouse during our stay but evening meals were not available in the week we had booked. As there are very limited options nearby this created a problem in the evenings and driving up and down the hills to a nearby town was an unwelcome chore. It would have been helpful to have known in advance that meals would not be available as the website suggests a vibrant restaurant. On the last night a family party took place and we were invited to eat with the guests. This resolved the dining issue and the hospitality was excellent.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was flexible for time and was good. We might have liked fruit as an option. The view from the dining area and balcony was stunning. The room was basic but as we expected. The room and bathroom were very clean. We asked for extra pillows and she supplied them immediately. For most of our stay we were the only guests and the host has a policy to not accept hen or stag parties and has a noise curfew at 11pm. Parking off street was available although a little cramped.

The property is very conveniently located, close to Korak winery, which is great if you decide to have a dinner there, and has comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and ready to help if need be!

It’s a windy road to get there, but it’s worth it! I’m so glad I stayed here. It was only one night, and I enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, the view was lovely, and the hostess was friendly … and a great cook! I would absolutely stay there again.

This was a suprisingly beautiful accomodation! We were just looking for something relatively cheap for a quick sleepover on our way home. We arrived at night and found ourselves in a beautiful wooden cabin. The room was very clean and looked amazing. There was a nice bathroom, too. In the morning, we had a tasty breakfast and, as a bonus, the owner gave us a bottle of wine! I'm gonna return here some time again.

Excellent property in a nice surroundings with lovely views from the bedroom, breakfast room and the terrace. The breakfast is tasty, including freshly prepared eggs and owner’s own homemade cheese. The owners are super friendly. They also make their own wine of a very good quality. Rooms are brand new, clean, and have everything you need.
