Owner is really nice and welcome us in person. Very talkative, friendly which gave us a great first impression of Croatia:) The facility is well equipped and she offered us to park longer even after check out. Only 10 min walk to old town; the walk to another direction ( opposite from old town) along the coast is so beautiful and calm!

Nothing, everything was taken care of

Location was absolutely perfect. 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the old town gate. There's a bakery nearby, a supermarket, restaurants and some beach cafes. Nina was super friendly and helpful and greeted us on arrival and the housekeeper (sorry didn't catch her name) was in everyday keeping everything spotless.

The host is super responsive and friendly. I loved the property location as it is a very short walk to old town and sea is a block away. The apartment is clean, fairly new and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely apartment had everything you need and comfortable king size bed, parking onsite and close to beaches, 5 minute walk to old town was brilliant and Nina was there to greet us and offer help and advice.

It has a driveway to the parking that is very tight. I ended up scratching my rental car. I would warn others to be very careful or park in the front.

It was very close to the beach. I could see it from my window. The host Nina was great. She helped me get my lost luggage back. My room was big and had a frig. I will definitely be back.

Excellent location - close to both beach and the marvellous old town. There are few nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equiped and comfortable. Infrastructure (like shop) is within 3 minutes walking distance. Apart from that - very kind and supportive host.

Not that bad but a little annoying: Many locks to lock and unlock every time you leave (3 doors that open with the same key). Bed was a bit on the harder side, but we placed the extra duvet under the sheets and it worked well. Pillows were big, could have used some small ones too.

Best possible location: close to both the old town and the beaches. Nina was very friendly and always 15 minutes away. She gave us a quick introduction to Zadar and a map and recommendations for things to do and see. She even waited for us past the check-in hours while a big storm was brewing. She was very kind. Room was clean and we had a mini fridge and water boiler inside the room. Quiet street and neighbours. Very good air conditioning. We didn't need to open the windows so we didn't get any mosquitoes.

Nina the host was exceptionally helpful and patient- even when she had to wait an hour for us to arrive. Nina helped us to make local phone calls to retrieve an item I had left in Sibenik and was very helpful with storing our bicycles. Superb location, very clean and today rooms and a quiet area- very close to the bus station and the beach. Highly recommended accomodation in Zadar.

The hobs didn’t work well enough, they didn’t get hot enough and some of the pans didn’t fit size wise what made it a bit tricky for self-catering.

It was quiet, bed was very comfortable and big, shower and bathroom was very good, apartment was well equipped and it was in a perfect location-close to the beach and the old town. There were also cute cats in the backyard of the building.

To enter the room, you have to open 3 doors with your key. First a main door into the apartments, then the hallway door and finally your room door. Not the end of the world of course but you have to spend some time unlocking and locking doors.

The location, the apartment is in between Zadar old town and the bus station which was perfect for me since I arrived by bus and left Zadar by bus. Another thing I really liked is that they have free luggage storage after you check out so you have more time to explore the city or go to Kolovare Beach while you're "waiting" for your bus. You can leave your luggage in a locked hallway and you get a key to open the door. After that you can drop the key in the postbox by the hallway. Also the host Nina and her cleaning lady were very nice and helpful.

We went to Zadar in March and the weather was a bit cold at night. Luckily the rooms have air conditioning.

The host was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and cosy. We booked the 3 out of 4 rooms and we had an amazing vibe at the house. Zadar is a lovely place but I suggest going there during summer.

we liked everything.

It had everything we needed for a short stay. THe room was clean, spacious and bright with views of the sea. Furnishings were modern and new. We even had a fridge which was great. The outside of the property may surprise you but don’t judge a book by its covers as all the rooms are excellent .

the parking is hard to get into especially in a bigger car (narrow entrance into back yard). the walk into town was a bit long but not a problem for us.

our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, high ceilings, nice bed. Having free parking is great (but see below). The host was helpful. Aircon worked (so did heating!). overall would recommend.

Mattress was too soft and the hallway could be a little noisy in the morning when other people were leaving their apartments.
