This hotel is used by tour groups. This causes an unpleasant atmosphere at a crowded breakfast in a restaurant that resembles a school cantine. Noisy and queues for coffee and other items. Having to pay the full price before arrival. That price is too high for what is offered. Small plastic bottles for shampoo and shower gel.

I got a decent sized room with seaview.

The only thing really that we would change is the size of the duvet for the bed.as it wasn't big enough for the bed.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was in great location so easily walkable to the old town. Overall it was great value for money and I would recommend anyone to stay there

The main entrance is also the smoking area, which gives the place a bad first impression. The air conditioner didn't maintain the cool temperature. The noise in the hallways and pool area traveled easily into the room.

The location was great to get to the beach, city center, and markets. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful as they were able to prepare a to-go meal when I had to depart early.

The view from balcony is covered by a wall. The water power is really low during the whole day, so it takes ages to take a shower. I also found someone’s hair on my bed, cleanness could be better.

The rooms was spacious, nice breakfast and 1 minute away from the beach. The hotel is very close to the bus station and 20 minutes walk from city center.

A bit dated.

Easy to find. Convenient to beach out front. Paid gated parking across the street was 12 Euros. Sure beats lots in town. Convenient bus stop just outside and minutes to old town. Could also walk there. AC worked great! Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

The restaurant was ok for breakfast but had absolutely no ambience . Plastic chairs . Almost like a cheap cafe . Outside area by the pool also no ambience . Shame because it could be so nicely done and make a big difference . I got the feeling it was catering more for big conference parties and groups rather than for the holiday makers . Room was good and housekeeping were very good cleaning the room daily . Beds poor and pillows horrible and cheap .

The location . We were lucky to have a sea view room which made a big difference .

The wifi could have been better

The rooms were spacious and well kept, the breakfast options were really nice and good quality. The hotel staff was excellent and polite. Located just a road across the beach and 15 min walk to the center.

The room was very nice and spacious with a small balcony (although the view was a bit restricted by the design). The pool facilities were very good. We stayed for one night in September and there was lots of space around the pool and it was very nice to swim in.

Great location on beach within 10 minute walk to old city. Free parking was very welcomed. Good breakfast with many options but got repetitive since the same every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good walking distance to Zadar Old town and lovely sea view, not far from the airport, very clean and comfortable rooms, good options at breakfast.
