Hotel room is clean, staff are so nice. Just 10minutes walk to the old town. Everything is perfect and we spend wonderful two days there.

Nothing bad.

The size of the place together with the very friendly staff made it feel like home. Close to town for easy access and still calm and relaxing with a beautiful view of the old town. I had been here before and had no doubts that this is where I would bring my family for this vacation. All of my family loved the place and the staff very much.

We were warmly welcomed by the family. They are all very accommodating, helpful and friendly! The property is very well maintained both outside and inside. The breakfast buffet offers a varied selection. The accommodation is close (approx. 10 minutes walk) to the old town. The accommodation is highly recommended and I would book it again at any time. ☀️☺️.

Not one thing! The place is special.

The staff was among the most friendly I’ve ever encountered. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was amazing, and the property was a gem!!! Location was a short walk to old town but away from the busy crowds. Private parking was such a bonus. A genuine escape without compromise!!

A maintenance issue happened a couple of times and staff attended to it quickly once brought to their attention. It did cause a bit of delay for us.

It's a great location in a park-like setting and a short walk to Old Town Rovinj. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a view to the sea. Nice breakfast offerings. We appreciated the friendly and professional staff.

The only suggestion we have is that we could have used some towel hooks or racks in our bathroom.

We loved almost everything about Villa Dobravac. The setting of the winery is beautiful and the location is excellent. We were able to walk to the old town as well as to some excellent restaurants in the area. The bedrooms were large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the view from our balcony.The staff was friendly and eager to offer assistance. The breakfasts were delicious and it was an added bonus that we could enjoy the excellent wine produced by Villa Dobrovac in the evenings.

Only problem was the aircon wasn't working and it was a warm night.

They were harvesting the wine and needed to use all the cooling to cure the new wine vats. As a result the AC in our room was minimal. We assume it is a seasonal issue and wish we had more time to watch their harvest process.

Villa Dobravac is perfectly located in Rovinj. It was a short walk to the City Center. The views out of our room were magnificent. We looked over the City and into the ocean. The hotel was very modern and the staff friendly. We would come back again!!

Villa Dobravac is a lovely place. Our room was beautifully outfitted and had a great view of the old town which was only a short walk away. Staff were excellent, very responsive to any requests and gave us great suggestions for restaurants in town. It was a very relaxing place to be, yet only a 10 minute walk into the heart of the city.

One of the warmest, delightful, beautiful stays I've experienced in years! I hesitate to say too much, as I prefer undiscovered gems... however, my expectations were exceeded in every way. A hard-working winery with first class wines, service, and deep, sincere guest-caring attitudes. As Joni Mitchell's song plays in my head, "I could drink a cup..." and that is my memory of lovely Villa Dobravac 😍

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

We stayed for 5 nights in a Superior Double room which was very spacious, spotlessly clean with a sofa, lovely large shower and a balcony with a stunning view of the town.. The location is great as there is ample parking and it is only a 10 minute walk down to Rovinj where there are endless choices of restaurants. The breakfast is so good with all their own home grown fruits. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings sampling the wonderful wine. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable with great sight seeing advice too. I would recommend Villa Dobravac Wine Estate as a fabulous place to stay.
