The rooms not as the picture... Very small, no space to walk from one to another side of the room... The toilet... If you need to wash hands you have to go out from toilet, true the bed, and wash hands in the room

Location in the heart of the city... Just next to the walls of the old town. And the parking ofcorse.

Our room was very small, couldn’t move at all. I would rearrange the furniture. That’s the only thing I was not fond of.

I could smell the dampness in the bathroom. Interestingly, water in the hotel was chargeable. It seemed to me that in at least 3-star facilities it should already be included in the price of the room.

Very good location - close to the old town. The room was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable mattress. Easy check-in, however, the main door is open until 10PM. After that you have to use the side door. Free parking. If there is no free space, you have to give your car key to the hotel staff so they can repark your car.

Cash only property!! So make sure you have cash.

Proximity to the walled city of Dubrovnik was excellent. The Villa had been recently renovated and was comfortable and quiet.

Did not like that when we needed to check-out (7:30am), there was no one at the front desk and the front doors were locked. We had to go out the side door, but could not lock it after leaving from the outside without the room key (left on front desk). The location did not take debit or credit cards so you had to pay in cash (this was not stated anywhere when booking the room), which we had to just leave on the front desk with a note and our key. Anyone could have walked up and taken our cash payment off of the desk.

The room was very clean and had a balcony with lovely view of the water and the wall surrounding Dubrovnick.

Very good location just outside the walls, 2 minutes walk from Buza gate and easily accessible by taxi. Manager kindly let us into our room early. Modern bathroom.

Great location, 1 minute walk to cable car and old town. Also they have couple private parking spots which was great and allowed us to keep the car little longer after check out. Breakfast pretty good, have 3 options.

Had very poor sleep (both permanently awake from 4am) due to strong light from a public pathway light outside the back of the building, room 5. This was because of inadequate window blinds/curtain at the huge windows out to the terrace . Some unfinished aspects to the renovation eg no hand drying in reception loo (still some unpleasant aroma mentioned in other reviews)

Position near old town. Parking -a rare thing in Dubrovnik town. Newly renovated in tasteful style.

Payment has to be in cash. That is a common practice in Dubrovnik, but they should let you know in advance.

It has a great location, a few meters away from the old city entrance. They have 3 breakfast options, the croissants are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside just perfect.

No elevators however they helped to carry bags up No air or fan in room No 6 near the 3rd sofa cum bed
