The only drawback was having to cross a busy main road to get to the beach.

Everything was perfect - the host was very nice (speaking perfect English), the apartment was spacious, clean and cozy, nice and clean pool and the beach is really close (1 min.). There is even a small shop nearby (you can buy pastries for breakfast or drinks while you are on the beach). And the view from the aparment was just breathtaking. This was our second stay here and we hope to return soon. Thank you to Liliana for her excellent service.

Ljiljana is an amzing host! The apparment is well equiped and comfortable for 4. The view is amati g from the comfortable terrace and the nearest beach is just right in front of the staircase.

We liked absolutely everything about this short stay at Villa Marija. Our host, mrs Ljiljana was very charming and helpful. The location of the Villa is also great. The room was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The room was very well equipped, well above our expectations. The swimming pool was also very clean and tidy and a great relaxation after the day. We highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone who needs a good place to stay.

The streets are narrow and on a steep slope getting to the property. I don't drive manual very well so I was a bit nervous, but traffic was minimal and everything worked out just fine.

Ljiljana was the best host I've ever had. She was super accommodating and treated us really well, including washing our laundry for us! She lives on site and was super accessible any time we had questions. When we ran out of baby formula and couldn't find it at the local store, she got her husband to help us buy it at another market. The pool was in immaculate condition, and the beach was across the street. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. We also took a short 20-minute drive to beautiful Primošten which was well worth the effort.

Missing mosquito nets in windows and terrace door. Cold water in the pool but that is subjective.

Very nice owner Ljiljana, who was very helpful and always asked if we need anything or want to ask anything. She also helped us and tought us how to clean and prepare the fresh fish for the grill. The place was very clean and well furnished. In the kitchen you will probably find everything you need and even more, like an oven or even a dishwasher. We absolutely loved the sea view from the terrace. The pool is clean and quite deep,nice place to relax. Unfortunately, the cold water discouraged us from using it. We also liked the nearby beach which was not overcrowded and has a part with shallow water for kids and the another calmer part with stone steps to the sea. The place is very close to the beach, you just take few stairs, cross the main road and there you are. The main road (connecting two bigger seaside cities) is very frequent and rush but almost impossible to hear when you sleep with closed windows. Even when the main road is close to the beach, the beach is below the level of the road and only loud cars / motorcycles can be heard so the beach is a calm place to rest. The apartment is right next to the restaurant and 5 minutes of walk from the bakery, bar, icecream and fastfood restaurant. Main city center is little bit further like 15-20 minutes of walk. There you can find Tommy supermarket, fish market, lots of restaurants, bars, icescreams and another public beach with attractions for kids and adults as well. Location of the city is good for trips to bigger cities or national parks.

Someday was too loud music from the restaurant which was 50 meters away. I had only one towel for 4 days.
