The location is perfect, there is even a restaurant and a beach right under the apartment. In the village you will find nearly everything you need for your stay (restaurants, bars, grocery store, ATM, boat rental etc.). This is a great place to relax and enjoy the environment, suitable for couples, families and friends. The hosts are great, and speak good English.

A bit dated but more comfortable than some modern options.

Good sized and well supplied apartment over the villas own fine restaurant. This is over another good restaurant overlooking the sea. Then there are steps down to the bathing platform with shade and sunbeds. You don't have to go far, everything is on your doorstep. Add in the lovely hosts and beautiful Molunat and you have a peaceful, picturesque stay.

it was a last minute booking for one night, the apartment we had was on the first floor from the owners property (a different restaurant was on the ground floor) the view from the balcony was obscured slightly with solar panels on the roof below but still a sea view from one end or if you stood up. a higher floor would be a better option if available.

Perfect stay.

The owners and hosts during our short stay were outstanding. Very welcoming and with a high focus on making our stay a great experience. They have a small restaurant for guests only and both, the breakfast and the dinner was magnificent. We recommend the boar goulash! Highly recommended and even more beautiful in the off-season :)

The place is absolutely amazing! The view from balcony was stunning, hosts were super helpful and nice. Beautiful, peaceful place. If you want to chill on your holidays without crowds and loud discos this is the place for you! I will definitely come back.

We came for two nights fell in love and stayed a week in mid June. The hosts are so very lovely, by the end of the week, they felt like old friends. Andre responds quickly and is very accommodating. The beautiful and talented Lidia pours her heart into the most beautiful and delicious gourmet meals. It’s important to know you need to arrange breakfast and dinner well in advanced. The meals are all made to order from farm to table and plentiful! So worth making the arrangements to eat most your meals here. Order the homemade wine! The location is the best in town if you ask me. I couldn’t see another apartment that checked all the boxes like Villa Marin did. Steps from the sea with amazing views. Steps from Lancana, which also has amazing food, cocktails, coffee and Ice Cream! Quick five minute walk to the small but surprisingly well stocked market. The market has fresh produce, fresh deli meats and fresh made bread, wine, beer, sunscreen, hats, floats and so so so much more. The nearest swimming platform is just across the road from Villa Marin, (more like a oversized sidewalk) and down some stone steps, tucked under the most beautiful stone arch way under Lancana Restaraunt that provides shade and internet! It’s also lit up at night, creating a magical place to sit and enjoy the scenery. I had the pleasure of touring the different apartments and they all delightfully decorated old European. It’s stepping back in time when relaxing was a afternoon nap, a evening swim with great meals and meeting new friends that feel like old ones. One week in this perfectly relaxed, quaint villa was not enough.

Our host was very nice, and the view and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing – with an exceptional kitchen! We really liked to take the kayak provided by the property owner and visit the neighbour island as well!

The location is excellent, the patio has a sea view and the property has a private beach with shower. Moreover, the property has a dedicated restaurant with great food and special prices for the guests. Least but not last, the host is nice, helpful and a good companion for sharing a glass of wine.

A great place, right next to the small bathing platform with crystal clear water. A restaurant and bar is in the same building downstairs. Excellent owners and staff, who went an extra mile to make us comfortable, allowed to change room , offered free kayaks and also cooked great dinners privately, for very good value. Overall an excellent stay!

Facilities slightly warn, told on arrival we could not pay on card, had to figure out alternative payment but not an issue as able to do bank transfer.

Matress/bed a bit old and not very comfortable. Also 2 single sheets + a double blanket is not convenient.

Nice hosts. Even though we were the only guests, we still got dinner. Also got a bigger (still one bedroom, same as booked) apartment, which was nice. The electricity went down at night and in the morning (in the entire village, so obviously not their fault) and we got coffee and hot water for the babys bottle downstairs, where they had a gas stove (in the apartment electric stove)
