The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location in the city center was convenient, yet quiet. It was close to the metro station, and there was a supermarket within a 3-minute walk. Laundry detergent was also provided with the washing machine. I recommend dining at the tasty restaurants nearby: VakVarjú Restaurant and Belvárosi Disznótoros - Király utca.

The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, it has a very nice terrace, a spacious bathroom and comfortable sofas and a bed. It's in the centre so it is very convenient and there is no need to use public transport.

They advertise air conditioning is available but when I got there (in May), wanting to turn on the air con, I was told this is abailable only as of 1st of June. When I booked, I looked specifically if air-conditioning was available. So basically I paid for something that I couldn't benefit of. Complained with the accomodation and with booking but I didn't receive any compensation. Wouldn't book it again.

I would have liked to find a bottle of still water in the apartment when we arrived.

The apartment is located in the city center and you can walk to see the main attractions.

Great place to stay in the center of Budapest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was good and as shown - windows and balcony facing the inner yard, so very quiet despite being in the center. Amenities ok, kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Washing machine in the apartment was very helpful.

its in the centre of city and available to reach every popular location by walking. Reception is very kind and help to store laguage free of charge incase of early arrival or late checkout. Apartments are really wide and clean.

The apartment felt a bit run down, the pictures look slightly differently than it actually is. We also saw a cockroach running in the apartment, hopefully, it was just “a visitor” from the outside as the place was clean.

The location was superb, had a friendly member of staff at reception and was easy to find.

Apartment was quite hot during our stay and we weren't able to cool it down. Booking.com instructions for check-in were also unclear. There was zero signage for Central Passage Apartments. We finally located reception once we called and got directions to a Vagabond sign, which is where Central Passage Apartments reception was located.

1) We travel with my disabled son. It is always a pretty tough process for us to find the place which would meet all his needs starting from choosing the hotel and finishing with good communication on the stage of booking. . But here, a manager, Rita Ilonka did the great job patiently answering all my questions, sending me all necessary pictures, finding for us a room that fit us and organizing an early check in. It was so good and kind towards our needs! I appreciate it a lot! 2)The apartment was clean and neat! 3) Location in the down town was excellent! 4) I would wish for more utensils though)

Internet was a bit slow and we had trouble connecting to our WiFi. However, we contacted the front desk and the problem was solved super fast by the hotel.
