Renovations in the building started very early on week day mornings, including jack hammers and power tools. Whilst the apartment is attractively fitted out, it’s a little over decorated with ornaments, knickknacks, superfluous to most traveler’s needs, we have own stuff to put on tables, shelves etc especially staying for a week😊

A perfect location for our weeks stay in Budapest. October 6 Street is easy walking distance to most of the highlights and access to the excellent public transport including metro, is very close if you want to go a little further. Has all you need, washing machine and iron are shared with 2 other Pearl apartments on the same floor, available from a locked cleaning room. There is a lift for the building. The apartment is very small, no windows, only ventilation and natural light is through the door which can be left open. There were 2 of us, 4 would be very squeezy. The bedroom is a mezzanine space with sofa bed downstairs. The owner has a larger space available in same floor.

The room is beautiful and cozy. Very clean, warm and makes you feel at home. Super close to all main attractions in Budapest, including restaurants and bars. Georgia the host is wonderful! Highly recommend, no doubt about it.

Nothing to dislike in th apartment but since I am little claustrophobic, I missed having windows in the apartment. But it still didn't create too many issues.

The location of the apartment is bang on! Right near the main attractions with plenty of restaurants around. Local transport options were great and close to the apartment. Georgia was extremely helpful. She helped us track our delayed luggage arrival via next flight and facilitated it's delivery from Budapest airport. Apartment has everything one needs. Very comfortable.

For me climbing to bed is less convenient.

Everything is perfect. If you need room service, go to hotel. Maybe more tv channels for those laisy people that dont want to explore city, but come on, who will go to Budapest to stay in App.

Perfect. Location is unbeatible, App got everything that you need, host is always on call if you need anything. Clean and comfy for two people. Parking is nearby in a garage if you came by vehicle. Tram, bus, metro in 5 min reach. Top. Elevator in the building also.

The location of the apartment was right in the downtown, close to a lot of attractions. There were a lot of restaurants on the street. The host was very friendly and helpful. She recommended us a lot of great places to visit and told us a little about the city since it was our first time there.

It's located right in the heart of Budapest. Everything is just within a couple of minutes of walk. The host is the star of the show, she's so welcoming and friendly.

For me, the biggest disadvantage was the Internet. It didn't work properly when I had my meetings, so I worked from the nearby cafes and coworkings (there are lots of them which is another plus)). No washing machine in the apartment and not enough toiletries.

First of all, the location was amazing. It's close to everything you'd want to visit. It's very easy to get there from airport. The bed was comfortable, lots of cutleries, dishes, anything you need. There was a complimentary wine from the host which was really pleasant. The host was helpful as well.

Me and my friend truly enjoyed our stay at the Green Pearl Apartment ! Georgia has kindly welcomed us and gave us good advice on the neighborhood. By the way, the location is perfect, right in the center of Budapest. The apartment was cosy, clean, and well equipped. We loved it ! Florence

I found out only 2 minuses: uncomfortable pillows and very bad soundproofing - I could hear everything what was talking behind the wall…

The apartment is very new and very good designed 👍🏻 I love this style - everything was very fresh and clean It has good internet ☝🏻 I think this is very important for travellers 😉 Host is very nice and friendly - she meet me and made everything that I feel myself comfortable, thank you! She also helped me with transfer to the airport with the same price as taxi but more comfortable and there also was welcome bottle of wine ☺️

The place is in a good area of BP. Déak Tér -public transport hub- within 10 min walk. Many sights can be reached on foot. The very clean flat is nicely decorated. It´s easy to make breakfast. A grocery shop is nearby, as well as cafés and restaurants. The host is very supportive and caring.

Nothing. Our experience with the apartment and Georgia exceeded our expectations.

Georgia is very nice and you can feel that she put a lot of love and effort into this apartment! The apartment is central, clean, very stylish decoraed and fully (epsecially bathroom and kitchen) equipped. We felt very comfortable and safe there. We didn't only receive a welcoming present (a delicious bottle of wine) from Georgia, but she even postponed our checkout time, which we really appreciated. All in all, we can highly recommend Georgia and this apartment and are thinking of returning soon.
