The staff were very friendly. The location is good, with supermarkets and public transport just a few steps away. The common corridor is a little dirty, but the apartment is clean and comfortable, just like home.

It's not exactly a matter of what we didn't like as much as what we would have preferred, since a mop and a basket were provided, to also be given a floor cleaner to keep it extra clean. We also would have preferred to have clean towels since we stayed there 5 nights, on our 3rd day there, but again, not a real problem.

We went in the winter and the apartment was warm compared to external environment and the water always run hot, which was heavenly after a long day out. It had two balconies, one connecting to the living room and one to the bedroom. The tap water was drinkable which was a huge plus and they provided us with a sponge and a dish soap to clean our dirty dishes. It was mostly spacious and also had a capacious coat hanger with a mirror on the side and room down below to leave your shoes. The complex of apartments was as far as we were concerned in a quiet neighborhood and within reach of Mcdonald's among others if you wanted a quick bite. It was also very close to the tram and bus line.

It wasn’t well soundproofed from the street noise. The shower drainage was poor. The room was confusing to find as it said 45 on the key but the room was 405.

It was well equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine etc It had good heating.

No heating functioning in the bedroom, which made sleeping in the end of November a bit tricky. There was some dust on top of some shelves. Not really reliable Wi-Fi Internet (it worked but with issues).

A very spacious apartment with excellent location (near Korvin shopping center and historical center of Budapest). Nice furniture, good kitchen equipment, fan, light. We even didn't use one spare room. No street noise (windows face the yard), pretty balcony (we haven't used it in winter, though)

One of the apartments had a very hard smell of cigaretts and the other one had the TV broken.

The apartments were clean, had almost what you need în them. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The sleeping arrangements were not comfortable for a couple. There were two 1 person beds pushed alongside eachother. There was always a space in the middle of the bed, between them and they kept sliding further apart. A bit of a downside to being in a regullar apartment building, early Saturday morning someone started drilling holes in a wall and doing some house work upstairs. They charge extra for changing towels. They charge extra for having the beds changed.

Location was nice, near a nice area with coffee shops, stores, a mall with a 24/7 parking lot. Apartment was clean and big, nicely decorated & equipped. Bathroom was with a bathtub and unreal powerful shower pressure.

The receptionist is a woman that speaks to you like if you're annoying her, cutting you off. She made me feel stupid for not knowing the rules of the establishment -where I'd never been before-. Cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, mainly on kitchen utensils. Also, you gotta pick up the keys somewhere and then the apartment is somewhere else. I liked my stay and I'd use it again for a short stay, but after traveling for so long I'd appreciate to be talked to in a nicer manner.

I liked that the apartment was actually bigger and more silent than I had expected. Wifi connection was good and there's an elevator. The shower was also great.

Not well cleaned (crumbs and dust swept in a pile and left in the living room), stains on couch and chairs.

The location is really close to the major tram line (4 & 6), no problem getting there with luggage from the Nepliget bus station. The apartment was spacious and light. There were no noise disturbances. WiFi works great. The heating was already on in October. The kitchen had all the basic necessities.
