They booked for me a taxi to the airport on higher price than the regular one. Actually it was not a yellow cab but black Mercedes. I needed just a regular taxi.

The room was great in overall. However, the bed was too uncomfortable. The Novotel must have a better standard for the beds.

On checkin they asked for an insurance to be refunded on check out , I asked for it on check out they answered it will be added to your debit card but they did not refund it so I sent them an e-mail but still they did not refund it

Bar closed too early at 11pm and room had celotape stuck on wall from a previous stay, possibly from having decorations on. Also coffee and cream not replaced , not much variance with breakfast ,if you've been once that's it for everyday your there

The rooms and showers can be upgraded eventually. Very clean and everything necessary was in the room, just slightly outdated. But rooms are a good size and I would stay there again for sure.

On the downside, the pillows could be more comfortable, and the room could benefit from better ventilation as the windows barely open. Overall, while the hotel is good and lacks major flaws, it misses that special something to elevate it to the next level.

This classic hotel truly offers good value for money. Everything is clean and in order, the room is spacious with excellent soundproofing, the shower is superb, and the breakfast is decently tasty, though nothing out of the ordinary.

rooms were little cramped, taking shower in bath tub was messy with all the water spilling over, no proper cover.

Breakfast was fantastic, Hotel is getting renovated and we got un-renovated rooms, which was good but can be better. Staff's response was OK. Location of the property was excellent. I think once the whole property is renovated it will be very good.

Perfectly located near train station. We arrived with bikes and they could be stored in the luggage room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good price-quality.

I didn't know their rooms don't have AC and only heating, my room was set to warm temperatures it was good as it was winter, but we definitely need air conditioning in summertime

The parking is so tight and a bit expensive but its normal because is in the city center of Budapest. :)

The bed was not do during my 3 days stay... Neither the water nor the coffee was replenished after the first day. It is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel...

The gym was closed during My stay which I wasn't made aware of prior to arriving, this would have affected my decision to stay as I planned on using it every morning.

Location was brilliant right near metro line to get around. Staff was very friendly especially the manager of the restaurant which is absolutely beautiful inside.
