It was very dirty. There was a disgustingly dirty towel (with spots and stains, even with some blood looking stain) in the bathroom. The only shelf was covered with dust. The walls were very dirty too. The only clean things were the bed sheets.

the accommodation was not air-conditioned, small, the room did not match the photos in any way. In the place of 5 accommodation units, the door leaks and terrible noise from the neighboring room with a child

We came by car, and only searched for places that had parking included. We where told that the street parking is reserved for local residents, and we needed to park the car in 500m far parking. They should remove the parking in facilities, as you will need to find the parking. Furthermore, for family of four we expected two separated rooms, as seen on the pictures. It turned out that the place has only one room, and bathroom next to it, with another bed above the bathroom (on top of the bathroom).

The location was great. No loud noise.

From where should I start? Dodgy building, run down, creepy. Front door to "guest house" up the 3rd floor, barely closes. Not very safe. Our "room" had a broken door. Filthy place. Bed was small and very low to the ground. Pillows were as thin as papers. The place was definitely not cleaned before our stay. Hair was found in the bathroom. The bathroom sink leaked water, even when closed and not being used: a magic trick! The shower 'curtain' was shorter than the shower, so the entire bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. A small heater the size of a chihuaha dog was provided in the room. We were expected to use 2 towels for 4 days! After the 2nd day, I demanded new towels. The response was that they are a guest house and we are not guaranteed fresh towels everyday. I pressed them on and we found 2 new towels on the sink after the 2nd day, to be used on our 3rd day. Every time we plugged in and out the "heater", the sockets lit up like Christmas trees. There were NO hooks to hang up clothes. In the pictures it shows there were shelves... We only had holes for where the shelves were. Oh, and what about the giant holes in the ceiling of the common area? Great feature, like a skylight!

The bed was broken, we fixed it, a little loose nails. The washbasin don't have a running warm water. I prefer better mopping and bigger towels. It was very cold room, and the duvet is very thin. Shower stand was missing. The noise was acceptable because in the city centre. A microwave oven should be a better condition. The restaurants are very expensive, but you can get microwave ready made food ( frozen) from Aldi. The apartment need little renovation ( painting and other fixing)

Nothing. The room is really bad. Door (room no4) was broken it was very difficult to lock it. All doors has a very old style pin pad to type your pin in, but because it was dark, hard to see. The bed is uncomfortable, very basic, room nothing like on the pictures. Toilet wasnt flushed when arrived, still had poo and toilet paper in it. Also it was pissed all around on the floor. Wet marks all over on the walls, ceiling. The locking system its very complicated. 3 locks are on the main door to the common area, only 1 working. (pin pad not working) They were asking me to leave the key in the room at the morning, but if I leave it there how do I open the main door? Than how do I close and lock behind me? Where to leave the key after that, because it was no letter box to drop in. Very confusing, unprofessional system. No heating in the room, so I was sleeping in my clothes and jacket. On the street lots of figthing in the night and lots of noise. Windows are impossible to close and lock, as it has no handle. (someone broke it off). This place need lots of TLC and repair and modernising!!!! For the same money chain hotels are offering better solutions. Which I will do choose next time.

The walls had holes, it was so cold and we had only little warming fan, the clothes closet was broken and tiny, no soap in the bath or shower gel, warm water only works for bathing but to wash hands or face was only with very cold water ..

exceptional unprofessional in a beautiful building in the center. the reception is working only from 3 o´clock on (check-out time 10, we love that). if you need something from the hosts, they do simply not react to phonecalls and sms, even after 3 in the afternoon. we needed something urgently: there was no electricity in the whole flat (where 2 rooms were rented by other people, same problem). on our check-out-day, we wrote them in the morning that we needed light, but they did not answer until today. always keep in mind that they have a vast, unfriendly catalogue of penalties (in the apartment we read a sign: „do not touch this! 500 euros if you touch this.“ the guy on the reception on the first day was smart, though, his boss seems to be sick in his head that is full of sexy penalites for his hosts. well and the room? it had a perfect old parquet floor, that´s the positive part of it. it had a terrible bed. it had no aporpriate light. it had a door to the loo that was impossible to close. some reviews from the last months show that the hosts are not interested to repair that door at all. only fort hat, they should get a fine of 500 euros, i think.

We stayed in this “hotel” for three nights. The position is perfect because is near the city centre and the main streets, although the neighborhood is not the safest. The reception is not in the same building of the rooms and it’s hard to find it. Rooms are located in a run down and noisy building, we spent like 20 minutes trying to find our place and once we arrive it was a shock. The common aerea has a big hole on the roof, the kitchen is completely dirty and at the end the room. It’s completely different from the pictures: it’s really really small, the “wardrobe” was broken and totally useless, just a reading light, the bed wasn’t a bed just a big piece of sponge with some dirty sheets and two fake pillows. The bathroom was small and without soap or any other comfort, just two towels for three days and the flush didn’t worked so well. During the nights there was a constant watering noise from the wall and you could hear all the noises from outside; the main door stayed open 24 hours and it didn’t makes us fell safe. The price is ok but is it worth it? We didn’t expect a 5 stars hotel, but I think that this is too much and it’s like they don’t care about you or anything. Don’t trust the photos, it’s all about perspective!

We expected a room with an air-conditioner (as it was stated), but there is no private one in your room, and it looks like a "mixture" of air-con and a cooker hood. It slightly works in the daytime. At night it doesn't work at all or seems like, so you wake up sweaty. To be honest, we chose the room because of the aircon, it was the most important criteria, so we were disappointed. Room is old. No hooks. Pics were taken a decade ago probably, but everything was clean.

Good location. Close to city centre. There is an elevator if you have bags. We lived on the 3rd floor. Lady at the office was nice.

The room was too small, nothing in it, just the bed, one small table, and two nails on the wall to hang the clothes. It is suitable maybe for 1 or 2 nights, but nothing more.

There was no internet connection, we stayed for 2 nights, but no-one repaired it, despite my request. We paid for the hostel, asked about password for wi-fi and only then the administration said it could be absent. In the toilet room the tap didn't work at all, so we needed to brush our teeth in the shower. From the first sight it was clean in the room, but then we found all the dust under the bed. Also, in the next room somebody had a party till 2 am. We won't ever stop here again.

The only good is the location of the hostel.

the first room we booked was the biggest disappointment. wifi did not work and it caused a big problem because we were tourists and needed internet access to move around the city. the sink was broken and we were shocked how dirty the beds were. the beds were full of hair. we visited the host and he changed the room immediately. despite the disappointment I want to mention how good a person he was. he accepted and apologized to us and changed the room. he told us if we wouldn't like another one, he would change it again. the other room was better. at least we had internet access, a normal bathroom and clean beds. for a short period of time staying, it's cheap to stay because it is in the centre. otherwise, I won't recommend this hotel.

the location is great. It's in the centre and you can reach the main places by walk.

Got a feeling that no one even looked at the room before giving us a key. There was something looking like a blood and semen traces on the bedsheets. Sleeping there was actually disgusting. Additionally, it's impossible to close the door in the bathroom because it's mismatched.
