Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandEnglish speaking staff is highly needed. As there are some travellers who are from around the world and couldn’t speak local language.
I like that it has all the facilities needed for a family that is having a vacation.. restaurants, wellness, and location is very accessible with on site parking. If you walked at the back of the hotel, there’s a playground for kids and a stadium..

RomaniaThere was a little bit of noise coming from the restaurant and hallway.
We previously announced that we are traveling with an 1 year old baby. At arrival in our room there was a banal cot installed (we requested it at the time of reservation). In the bathroom there was a diaper bin and heater for baby bottles. I was very impressed about this details. The food is also very tasty.

RomaniaMaybe the size of the swimming pool. But is really a plus of the hotel. Just do not expect to be a main focus for the kids.
Clean quiet and friendly hotel. Great restaurant and breakfast. Absolutely recommended not only for a quick stop but also for a longer stay. The hotel is located just next to a nice park with a carp lake and a pretty big playground for kids including a small but fun zipline.

GreeceThe location is a little off the center of the town. We used the car to and from but there is also public transportation.
The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful and spoke English well (not a given in most places). We also made use of the wellness area with the indoor pool and the jacuzzi which were a great plus of the hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options and was really good as well, as was the inhouse restaurant we also tried. Finally, easy parking on the premises was offered.

FranceEverything was absolutely perfect! Check-in was smooth, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and the service was perfect. My only regret was that we didn't have more time to appreciate all of the amenities. It is definitely a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Czech RepublicThe air conditioning in our room was not working, it was very hot that day. So it was harder to sleep, especially for those members who prefer cool sleeping conditions :)
Very spacious family room, clean. Big plus was the children's playroom upstairs. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the local spa. The surrounding is definitely interesting for families - nice trail around the lake, large outdoor playground, lookout tower and historical town center. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

United KingdomVery nice accommodation with quirky, individually furnished rooms. Large establishment with long corridors to the back of the hotel down which to carry luggage although there is a lift but that's located at the front of the building. Excellent food in the restaurant with a lovely terrace and English speaking waiter who was really entertaining. Very good choice of breakfast items.
