The shower tiles could do with more cleaning, I wore thongs/flip flops as the shower floor never felt clean enough. The bed was a little hard but I prefer that than too soft beds.

The hotel was a good place to stay, it was convenient being close to the beach and the shopping. There were heaps of Warungs and restaurants close by, and hotel restaurant was fine if you didn’t feel like going out. The pool was great, as a solo traveller it was a good place to be able to talk with other guests. The water pressure was so good and it was hot and stayed hot!! The staff were lovely and cleaning staff always willing to go that extra mile.

I will always prefer to stay here but feel staff updated training may help with the few very minor issues. Kettle is supplied but no coffee cups. Showers need more cleaning and a good bleaching regularly Sometimes certain staff did very little when servicing the room ( not washing glasses supplied in room?) This is only a very few staff and does not represent the majority. After being involved in hospitality nearly 32 yrs I would happily help them tweak 🙏🏻

Cleanliness wasn't a strong point. I left the hotel with lots of small spots on my arms and legs which I concluded were probably from bed bugs. The room had a weird smell too. But it was super cheap so I wasn't expecting luxury. The bed bugs thing was worrying though.

The pool area is great. Staff were very helpful and let us leave our luggage during a few days of travelling to other places. The room had good wifi.

Definitely looked bigger in picture as they all do, we did get a discounted price , hence the size and the floor of the room. It does have a restaurant and a pool downstairs, location is good, walking distance to everything. Not bad for a day or two before to go somewhere else

The hotel is a little bit old, the room doesn't look like the photos for example there are no lights where it is supposed to be... Some sheets were not completely clean as well as the bathroom, also a lot of dust behind the bed and furniture

The staff is really friendly, the location is pretty good near to commercial streets and also to the beach, the swimming pool is okay, they also have a good menu in the restaurant, the breakfast is good, the AC works pretty good
